I've recently begun taking apple cider vinegar daily & am glad to have this high-quality stainless steel straw set, which is recommended to avoid damaging tooth enamel. The metal is sturdy & well-polished. It comes with a cleaning brush, a carrying tube with a well-fitting silicone cap & even a nice cotton carrying case for the tube! I found the price reasonable as well, since this set isn't likely to need replacing. Anyone taking apple cider vinegar - or even anyone who uses straws regularly - should invest in a set of stainless straws, because it's good for the environment. So much better than filling garbage cans full of used plastic or paper straws!

These straws are what they are, stainless steel. So you will get little static shocks here in the west due to the dry air. They clean easily because of the provided brush, that was one of the main reasons I purchased this product over others. I purchased this because Starbucks is going straw-less and I get tired of asking for a straw, now I have my own. The case is well thought out and the additional burlap bag is stylish and keeps the case from banging around in my Jeep center console.

It all started one seemingly normal day in my life. I first became aware that something was different when I caught sight of the mail carrier. Their pack was surrounded by a warm glow. A glow that stirred feelings of peace and environmental harmony. As she walked up my drive way the very air grew still, the birds fell silent, and the clouds parted. I walked outside in awe of what was happening. The postal carrier approached me, fell to one knee, and placed a package in my hands. It was all so surreal. I thanked her and slowly went inside; still surrounded by the feeling of reverence that had transfixed us just a moment before. My family gathered and we opened the package. As I withdrew my Reusable Straws Set we all became aware that something truly special was occurring. We had taken another step on the road to caring for our delicate world: one of recycling and reducing our footprint. The Reusable Straws Set have embedded themselves in our way of life. Never using those evil plastic straws again. The nightmare of them has been banished from our lives. We rejoice!!!!!

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. I received a sturdy metal case, topped with a silicon topper, containing two straws and a cleaner. Taken together, the case and the straws are slender, but just a little long (thus my description as bulky) for me. They just do not fit easily into my daily routine. They do fit nicely into a messenger bag or something similarly sized, though. That could make them perfect for someone else. The fact that there are two in a container also makes it easy for you to hand one to a friend, just in case they're willing to give one a try. They are metal. That does mean they'll convey temperature to your lips. That might take a little getting used to for some people. (I have not tried a silicone tip for mine yet). Lastly, bear in mind that when you close the case up you're closing it with silicone. There will be nowhere for leftover moisture to go. Thus, it might be to your benefit to make sure they get time to air out after use. Sturdy product. It's earned its 4 stars from someone who has to completely have her mind blown before she gives it 5.

After going to multiple restaurants in my area which now have gone to paper straws this is a must have. Continent care case included, I can store in car and at least have them close by should I forget to bring inside. Great product.. Only wish was I thought of it first😁

Love the straws, love the cleaning brush, love the slender, elegant carrying case. Especially love that I can now say NO to adding to the plastic waste on the earth by saying NO to plastic straws! You've thought of everything with this little kit, I bought 3 sets to give to family members and will probably be back for more. Also, I never really pay attention much to the seller when ordering on Amazon, but Lime Skies got my attention with their sweet message after I ordered, felt like a valued customer instead of a faceless online order. These straws are 9 inches long & the case is 10 inches, not something I would ever take out of the house. For travel I found collapsible straws by Resip are only 4 1/2" long, in their case & form an excellent seal between collapsible sections of the straw. Both straws have removable plastic mouth pieces.

I am trying not to use plastic grocery bags, straws any unnecessary plastics. These straws I will take with me and use them at restaurants and never ask for a straw again. They are good quality. If you have a small purse, they might not fit. It would be nice if they could shrink down in half but they will fit at the bottom of my purse. I have a couple Corkcicle straws I use at home. These are just as nice as them. It would make a nice gift for those who are earth conscious. They come packaged in a really nice box then a bag then the container.

I don't write reviews often, but I have been very happy with this product. It's perfect for my morning smoothies, and with the handy carry case, I can store them in my bag when I am done with them, so I don't lose it. The case looks big - but it works for my every day purposes - it's not going to fit in a fancy clutch evening bag though - just in case you were wondering. Rounded edges - so nothing sharp that you could cut yourself on (like some other cheaper options) it really feels like a first class product. I will likely get another set and get some as gifts for family. Highly recommend.
