Works great!! Makes 5/8 die grinder pads fit cheapo orbital buffer
Had some existing pad holders with 5/8 die grinder threads, this made them fit on my new cheapo orbital buffer.

Threads are cut right
Allowed me to install different backing plates to my Porter Cable 7424 polisher. No issues with the threads being cut wrong

I used this on my polisher that came with a 6 inch backer pad, I needed to use my 5 inch backer of and this adapter allowed me to do that.

Came bent!
The product came bent, the disk wobbles due to the misalignment. I will be trying to heat and straighten it enough to use.

I bought this to adapt my Porter Cable random orbital sander. Works great but WILL back out unless you use threadlock on the PAD side. No clue why the larger diameter is what backs out: Of course then you can't change pads easily, but ...

I needed to polish stone with lower speeds but the diamond discs did not fit my Porter Cable orbital polisher. This item made it all possible.
