It’s the pressure regulator that has the water trap. So the compressor doesn’t have a water trap. So any pressure regulator you get with a water trap should work with any compressor.

you can use the iwata with the grex compressor. The compressor is really quiet and has good airflow. I would recommend the quick disconnect kit as it has a functional air flow meter right near your hand. I don't know about any airbrushes that have moisture traps sorry.

I need a new plastic bowl for the filter portion. Is there a way to buy just that replacement part?

Have you tried contacting Grex? I imagine they would sell parts.
