LG V40 ThinQ Unicorn Beetle Pro Rugged Holster Case with Screen Protector-Blue

This phone case has held up nicely. The case doesn't block any of the cameras, the finger pad on the back is easily accessible, the touch screen works as if there's not even a protector on it, and the case is super snug. Not only has this case saved my phone countless times already, but the built in screen protector has saved my screen from numerous scratches from everyday use.

Unbeknownst to me, i had set my phone on the roof of my car before climbing in and taking off. After driving approximately a mile, i entered an on-ramp for US 183 in Austin. My husband and i heard a "thunk" as i brought the car up to speed at 65mph. We reached our destination 20 minutes later and i discovered my phone was missing. I drove back to that on-ramp with little hope of a.) Finding it and b.) It ever functioning again. I was delighted when i saw the little blue patch on the side of the road. It looked like it had bounced off of the concrete median. I was stunned when i saw that it was ON and barely had a mark on it. Istill use the same case today. (I hope it is not like helmets and only good for one catastrophe...) The little kickstand came off (which i miss!), but apart from that, it saved me from not having to pay off a broken phone, but a new phone too, that's a min saving of $2k! Get it. Get a bright color too so you can always find it. GET IT!

Unicorn Beatle makes fantastic cases for electronic devices. It completely covers my phone. Nice and sturdy. I have already dropped it a few times on accident, and the case did a wonderful job protecting my device. It is a bit difficult to get off if you need to remove the phone for some reason, but it is nice and tight otherwise. My only complaint is that there are not more color options. I would like an orange one if it were available. But oh well.

I've owned many cell phones and have purchased many otter boxes of all types in the Verizon stores. I love this phone case. I've had mine about a year now and have dropped my phone probably once a week during this year. No breaks, cracks, no problem! Love it, and its cheap, which I love even more. Yes I am proud to put my 1000 dollar phone in this inexpensive case. Best case I've ever had. Both my husband and I use this phone case.

Found out this "Unicorn-Beetle Pro" by Supcase won CNET smash test!!! It was crazy to see what they did to them in their video..!! I want another one for my Moto G7-Power! Hope they have it. Also like the fact that there are a few colours to choose from. But this particular one, the colours were a bit off. It isn't bright turquoise and silver grey like in the picture, it's more of a dark (charcoal) grey and darker turquoise, but still beautiful though, love it just the same. [**UPDATE**] After been using and replacing so many of this SUPCASE version for our LG phone for 4.5 yrs now (it's now 10/24)..... We think we are experienced enough with the product and have more info to share. So, it's time for an update on this product: As much as we love this SUPCASE case for our LG phone, but we had to replaced it so many times during the years, and thanks to SUPCASE excellent C/S, bless their hearts! They're so gracious and had no qualm of sending us new ones. The reason for the replacement was, we believe is the weakest part of the whole case, the plastic kickstand. If we dropped the case, the first thing to pop out and dislodge from the track would always be the kickstand. Sometimes we could manage to force it back in the track, but when we couldn't, that's when the kickstand was pretty much busted, or broke off in some part and no longer work as a kickstand, that's when we had to send "SOS" to SUPCASE's C/S, since initially it was a lifetime warranty (now, we think it's changed to limited warranty for a couple of years or something if we remember correctly) with its showcase military-grade shatter-proof advertised with a car running over the case and it's still good, which was true as far as the case itself goes, but not the kickstand though. Perhaps SUPCASE could redesign how to make the kickstand as tough as the case as well? Another thing we've noticed after using the case for a while (a year or so), the built-in screen protector no longer has smooth surface (warping in places) and makes sound when tapping on the screen, it DOES compromise and affect the sensitivity of the touch screen, we wish we could just rip that clear protector off without ruing the front cover casing though, and replace it with the laminated tempered-glass shield instead. Supcase still contacts us from time to time, asking for our opnions on their products and stuff, the latest was about their cases for iPhones, but we're android folks, so we couldn't help them. That just shows how much they care about our experiences and opinions. We're more than happy to support their biz and will buy their products again in the future.

I've barely had it, so no accidental drops yet, but I gatta say I love it. The backing is a little tough to get on and off, but it looks nice, it's comfortable to hold, the side lights are still fully visible and the cameras and buttons and fingerprint scanner work perfect. It's not a water proof case, the back front and bottom have cut outs with no type of covering, which kind of stinks, but does have the plastic screen cover. Plus the kickstand is pretty nice. Over all I love it, especially for the price.

The blue part that snaps onto the phone seems to have the button holes misaligned with the other half of the case. It fits when there is no phone in it but its off by just enough that the case wont click together right where the buttons are. 5th time i have ordered this case for this phone in 4 years, it is a very good case but I have a tough job and it beats it up after about 10 months. This is the first time I have had a problem with this case.

I got this as a replacement for a similar LG v40 case that had broken after a few months. This case looks almost identical to that one, but it is made 100 times better. The plastic is better quality. The kickstand is easy to use and sturdy. The bevels are also a good size and look like they protect the screen much better. I saw a lot of similar looking cases, but this the one you want!
