This is the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever had! It tastes like a reduction. It’s so good on a spinach salad. It doesn’t need oil added to cut the vinegar taste. It’s perfectly smooth and slightly sweet.

I have ordered this item several times. It is delicious and goes on pretty much everything for that added flavor. Especially good in salads, on cheeses and fruit. Intense flavor and aged to thickness. Convenient pour spout. Cannot beat the price for this quality. Makes a great gift too.

I love this balsamic vinegar! Tastes great, wonderful for bruschetta and salads. The bottle size is good and looks nice on the kitchen counter, which makes it handy to use. We’ve been using this brand for a few years.

I received the Due Vittorie Oro Gold Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar as a gift about a year ago (fall 2023). Absolutely exceptional: thick, rich, flavorful - just wonderful. The Due Vittorie will make it difficult for you to again suffer through the thin, watery stuff found in grocery stores and on the tables of too many Italian restaurants. Admittedly, it is expensive, about $40 for two bottles. But it is sooo worth the price. If you are concerned about the two-pack, give the second bottle to a friend, who will truly appreciate the gift, and your thoughtfulness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Where has this been my entire life??? I could eat this on just about anything. I had another brand that I thought pretty fabulous. And now that I've had this... well. Let me put it this way. My old brand that used to be a full on 9 for me.. is now a 6.5. lol. And this brand is a 10 for me. If there's something better than this... please find a way to let me know cause this brand is already heaven. Cottage cheese with some drizzles... Now a delish meal! Tomatoes with some drizzles... devine. Bread... with a little olive oil brushed on and drizzles with this... heavenly. I could go on and on about different foods. Sandwiches, salads, and so much more. For a fun lunch I sometimes cut up some mozzarella cheese, cut in half some cherry tomatoes, and put on a little basil leave all on a toothpick and drizzle (and by drizzle i mean a lot of drizzles though I say the word some) and munch away! Even the hubs likes it and he isn't into capris salads at all. Someone said to try this on vanilla ice cream and I am thinking of doing so. Not an ice cream lover... but this might help me love it more? I nearly bought 3 more sets just to keep them on hand just in case. Had to stop myself.... Not easy to do. Already half of my first jar is gone. And they normally last me a year. This half jar is same size as my old but half the jar in a few months. lol. I've licked the drip off of my finger before and still was in love just straight balsamic vinegar.
