Victronix is the best for the money
Anything from Victronix knives are great. Comfortable to use and maintain a decent edge

Still the best—had to buy another pair after years of use
Victorinox is an amazing brand. I originally got these shears as part of their box knife set, and I’ve used them for years. They’re still sharp and still cut great—but over time, the center connection wore out from repeated cleaning (you have to take them apart to wash). That’s really the only reason I replaced them. This new pair is just as excellent as the first. I trust this brand so much, I even bought the same set for my mom—and that should tell you everything you need to know. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. They’re worth it.

great and very sharp scissors. They are just way too expensive.

Sharp but , not easy to clean
I love that this brand is so sharp and will stay sharp. Fair price for good quality product. these sheers function smoothly, but they are held together with a plastic screw that requires a screw driver or butter knife to unscrew. So the blades do not easily seperate for cleaning (like most) and that is very important for sanitation.

Kitchen scissors? Yes, I didn't discover kitchen scissors until well into my 30s and these are great! sharp and good looking, easy to clean, and come really sharp. The handles give a nice purchase, making every task comfortable and easy. The quality is good as they feel durable and well made.

Quality tool, and it comes apart ingeniously for easy sharpening. All scissors should be made like this. Can't go wrong with this name brand.

They broke in the first week. Reached out to Victorinox who told amazon is not an authorized reseller and so there is no warranty.
