Electrician / light snob approved
It looks and works exactly like an incandescent lightbulb. It puts out a nice warm light, and it turns on immediately with no noticeable delay. (Some LED bulbs take a second to come on, and it’s a major pet peeve of mine). Plus, like all LEDs, they’re a great energy saver. They should live for years with normal usage, but I will update this review if their lifespan turns out to be short.

Significantly worse than previous bulbs
I bought these last year and they had 2.8w spread over 4 filaments (as advertised in the photos on Amazon) which would be 0.7w per filament. Now they are only 2 filaments which would spread the wattage over just two, at 1.4w per filament which will last a substantially shorter period. Why the change?
