Pastel by Vivienne Honey Vanilla Girls' Fit and Flare Maxi Dress with Easy Removable Label

The dress is nice material and would have been a good fit except for the length. The size chart for size 7/8 said it was for girls 53-54 inches tall. My daughter is only 52 inches and the dress only came to mid calf. We ordered the M 10-12 size and the length was down to her toes. We are very satisfied with the larger size even though our daughter is not even near the height that the size chart states. The larger size is not dragging on the floor at all...... it is just to her toes to where she can wear flat shoes.

I was worried about ordering this since there were no reviews yet. But I opened it up today and it is beautiful. The color is rich and dark and the length isn't too long. My almost 9-year old is average height and slim/athletic build, and the dress (size 9-10) reaches her ankles but doesn't touch her feet. The bodice is fitted but not too tight. My only complaint is that it's hand-wash or dry clean only!

LOVE this dress! It arrived quickly in perfect condition. Color (burgundy) and fit is exactly what we expected. My 9 year old daughter is inbetween sizes right now (7/8 is getting too small but 9/10 can be too big) but the 9/10 fit her perfect and I feel it will grow with her for a little while since it’s a loose, stretchy fabric. Dress is soft & comfortable, my daughter didn’t want to take it off! Only complaint is that it’s hand wash only but still worth having. Especially love the price and that it’s made in USA. Will definitely buy this brand again.

My daughter is 11 but very thin and tall. I ordered a 9/10. It could have been a little longer but that’s the trade off for skinny kids. She loves it. Very comfortable. Just enough flare for my low maintenance girl. I would buy again.

Such a cute dress! Fits great. Bought size medium, 7/8. She's 4 ft tall, average build for a 7yo. It fits as I expected it to. The material is thin, but I also expected that. It's also stretchy, so there's a very good chance of it fitting next year too. It's quite long, but we wanted it to be. It arrived in perfect condition.

My daughter is almost 6 years old. She wears a 5/6 top, is a 5/6 in her waist but a 7/8 for the length. It is really hard to find clothes that fit all parts of her, especially dresses. The pants that fit her waist are higher fit in the leg than capris. She has never been lower than the 90th%ile for her height, and is usually above 93rd.We bought 2 of these dresses (1 red, 1 black) both size 5/6X. I almost cried. It fit her top perfectly. The length is still floor length for her, or the tops of her feet, but flats should be the perfect shoe for her, maybe a tiny bit of a heel.The only reason I took a star off is that it feels a bit heavy on her. The red pulls the neckline down. The black seems fine in that regard.I will very likely find her some thin camisoles for her to wear under them (her nipples show through a bit).I'm going to purchase white right now. I plan to purchase these dresses from now on. I am so happy with these!!5/6x

The material is really thin. Like panty hose almost on the top. The color is great. It's also short. My daughter is almost 8 and petite. The size 7/8 is short on her. It hits her mid a bit above her angles...almost mid calf. It matches something I'm wearing and my daughter likes it so we are just going to keep it and wear. It's not great, but not horrible either. I wouldn't buy it again.

I ordered the XL Mocha dress; it's a mustard yellow. It's a pretty color, but I ordered it to coordinate with another skirt, so I cannot use it for its intended purpose at all. Also, I'd say it runs rather small as it's XL and fits my 8yr old perfectly. She's tall, but she's not THAT tall (55"). Plus, it's rayon, so it'll shrink a lot if dried. I was figuring the shrunken size is what would have fit her and I'd never have to worry about careful laundering. Overall, I'm disappointed. I wouldn't even consider ordering this if you want it to fit an average pre-teen.Looking on the bright side, my 6 year old has a lovely new dress!
