Well, there's not much to say about any of the B vitamins. They're all great for your body. If you're low on bees, you could end up having a problem walking and they think you had multiple sclerosis but you might be just lacking a vitamin highly recommended by Dr. Berg

Good vitamins, only place that may have better would be Costco

They work. Only took them for a short time, but my labs came back good!

Vitamin B1 wasn't a supplement I paid much attention to for a long time. The more I learned about it, though, the more I realized it made sense for me to keep it in my daily lineup. I eat a pretty high-carb diet, and one of the reasons I take B1 is because it's involved in helping your body turn those carbohydrates into usable energy. That's something I feel is worth staying on top of as part of my overall routine. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don't have a weird smell or leave an aftertaste. So there's really no excuse for me to skip it. I also like that the bottle has 120 capsules, so I'm not constantly reordering. Nutricost has been a brand I've had good luck with, and I appreciate that this is a straightforward formula without a bunch of unnecessary ingredients.
