I bought this product to replace an old but reliable fly zapper in my kitchen. It looks a bit more stylish than the average fly zapper but during the 6 months I’ve had the product it didn’t zap a single fly. Why? Because the product isn’t fitted with the right bulb to attract flies and secondly because the plastic casing it too thick around the electric grill. Overall a complete waste of time and money. The plug cable is also ridiculously short. Come on Amazon! You shouldn’t be selling rubbish like this!

I received the product promptly and was easy to install. Looks good, easy to install and has already zapped a few suckers!

My husband bought this product as it looked much nicer than the industrial fly killer we currently had as we have this in our kitchen. It looked very nice but did catch the flies. The only ones it seemed to attract were the little flies or midge type besties. He then realised this was more for mosquitos than flies

The design is aesthetically much more pleasing than most zappers and doesn't make the place look like a kebab shop..... Works well if left on overnight but the UV tubes at 7W can't compete with bright daylight to attract bugs. Chose this model deliberately because at 7W, it's not unreasonable just to leave it running. The power of the zap is up to killing decent sized insects, not just tiny mozzies like some of the non industrial zappers. Overall, i'm please with this zapper and would recommend to anyone looking for one to use in the home as opposed to a chip shop....

Supplier replied to my first poor performance of the product. They said it must be a faulty unit and supplied a replacement. Problem is the supplier told me to order the replacement through Amazon and it would be free. I did what they said and ordered the replacement through Amazon and I got charged for it, unbelievable!! Supplier has promised to refund me but I'm not holding my breath! Second problem is that the replacement zapper is USELESS too. It's been on for two days and zapped NOTHING. The flies are flying right by it and not attracted by the ultra violet light at all! Has anyone had any success with this Bug Zapper actually catching flies' big or small? Why have Amazon failed to put my first critical review of this product on their website when they said it was on there already. Steve Save your money, it's absolute rubbish!

Great product and easy to install. Nice neat compact unit which looks well in our utility room ( goodbye flypapers!!) Only slight criticism is that the power lead could be longer - it limits your choice as to where to site the unit within a couple of feet from the nearest plug. Other than that - excellent

I dont why you got 4 stars, i was honest houst asthetic design lookbwas nice. Unfortunately I've left it a little too late to return the two I bought, that's £60 completely wasted. If the company are reading this then please get in touch with me. Your product is awful if I can return it, you'll see that in 28 days not one fly has been caught. The flies just float around it like nothing. I did purchase another model at the same time and that one has been 5 stars, fantastic. Please stop selling this, it doesn't work. I want my money back please.
