This genuine Honda touch-up paint matched the Borrego Beige Metallic color perfectly. It worked well for fixing small scratches and paint chips. The paint blends nicely with the original color and the brush makes it easy to apply on small spots. Good product if you want to keep your car looking clean without doing a full repaint. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.

Wife had a run in with the grill at my parents house. Not worth a $500 deductible and lost time for the small scratch so I decided to touch it up and move on. Identified the paint from the original sticker, ordered said Honda paint match and you can see the result. I am dissapointed in the final result but it is unfortunately a part of the van now. If you have a Honda that is Pearl White, this does not match. Don't have a back up plan to offer, can only hope this helps someone avoid a mistake. PS - I followed the instructions to the T. Shook multiple times and still got mismatched color.

The color matched my 2001 Civic perfectly and it looks great a few days after applying it. I used the paint to touch up a scrape left by a bicyclist mainly in the hope of keeping it from rusting. I don't know how well it will meet that goal. I found many different instructions online for how to touch up scrapes, many of them involving an elaborate coordination of products and steps beyond just touch up paint. I did use some sandpaper and primer before the touch up paint, as a relatively small strip of bare metal was exposed. Whether or not I succeeded in preventing rust might be more of a function of my choosing to not delve into the more elaborate instructions rather than a shortcoming of the paint itself. Although if the more elaborate instructions would have made a difference, then the complexity of proper use would be a drawback to consider. I was a little surprised at the small size of the bottle. I read in reviews of similar products that people were surprised to get something close to a bottle of nail polish in size. My scanning of the page before purchasing noticed it being labeled as "13 ounces," so I was expecting something much bigger when I got this. However, 13 ounces is the shipping weight. The actual volume of paint is 0.5 ounces or 14.7 mL. This was still more than enough for what I needed, it was just a lot less than I expected. Glancing over other Amazon products now, I see that shipping weight is a common product stat, so that probably isn't intended to misrepresent, I just think listing the actual volume too would have been a good idea. The product photo could have conveyed this had the resolution not been so low. Overall, I deducted one star because I think it would have been good to know the size ahead of time and because the use can get complicated (possibly unnecessarily so) if you obsess about doing things the "right" way and allow yourself to Google and read the myriad different ways that this could be used.

I just opened my paint (Honda White Diamond Pearl) to touch up a small nick on my 2012 CR-V. I can't get the paint to come out and have tried the "pumping procedure" for quite some time. The tip doesn't seem to budge. Reading some reviews here, someone mentioned their paint was out dated. Sure enough, I checked my bottle and it's expiration date was 11 months ago!!! Unfortunately, I'm 2 weeks past the return point, so I guess I'm screwed. I could find no way on Amazon to get to the seller to request it be replaced and Amazon wasn't able to help. Since my nick was so small, I wasn't worried about an exact match. But seeing as I got NO paint out, I can't even comment on the match. The overall idea of the paint & applicator seems good, but I'm just going to pick up the traditional bottle of touch-up paint to make this repair. Hopefully I'll still be able to use the clear-coat in the bottle. That seemed to still be liquid.

Definitely looks like I just used white out to cover the dink, but better than the black showing. Brush was easy to use. As long as you stay 6+ feet away it isn't very noticable.

I've used this product once before on another Acura vehicle I own and was thrilled with the results I got, so I ordered another one for my other Acura. I got great color match results. It matched perfectly as expected. I like the fact that there is a two step process with this product. Add the base coat first and then add the clear coat. The clear coat application makes a huge difference with the final result. I'm still trying to perfect painting over the chips and scratches on my cars. The paint ends up looking great, but the smoothness is still a challenge.

Worked fantastically I had hood chips from interstate driving I took my time but it looks great . Paint color is White chips showed up black now they are gone .

Waste of money
