I ordered this bracket several years ago due to arthritis at the base of my thumb. First, it came with the tool to make it fit perfectly and it was easy to take out the necessary links. The clasp is very durable. It is so pretty, and I get lots of compliments on the bracelet. Once I put it on, I could tell a difference in the pain in my thumb within days. So happy with it that I ordered one of the wider ones for my husband. It has helped him as well. I wear it all the time except when I shower or am in water. Unfortunately on a recent trip, I lost my bracelet. I love that it helps so much that once I realized I couldn’t find it, I ordered another one immediately. It came yesterday and I am very happy again. If you have arthritis issues in your hand or finger, I would highly recommend this beautiful bracelet.

Edited: I adore my bracelet and wear it almost every day. Does it help with pain? I don't think so. But if you do, studies have shown the placebo effect DOES work, and if something causes you to feel less pain, then great. The color is stunning. The workmanship and quality are fantastic. In my original review, I commented that this particular bracelet has a design flaw in the clasp. It comes open too easily and is at high risk of falling off and becoming lost. The seller reached out to me and sent me a new bracelet. I chose one with a modification of a "Z" clasp. It is far more secure and even when the clasp is open, the bracelet won't fall off unnoticed. Because of the customer service, I have changed my review to the full 5 stars. However, I do recommend if you are an active person or can be hard on your jewelry, don't get this version. Get one with a more secure clasp.

I absolutely love this bracelet! I can actually feel it on my wrist unlike many others I’ve had.

It really works! Just had it on a few days. Wearing on left hand. Also my dark spots are fading. Only problem is bracket pinching when it moves on my arm. Can I tighten bracket close to skin?

This is a present for my wife, she is very happy and say love this bracelet, good quality and good looks.

Just what I wanted easily shortened it to fit my wrist and it looks fabulous.

I love the bracelet but the additional pins that were sent in thing to push the pins out were not for this bracelet it was for a larger bracelet, thankfully I didn't need them , I will contact someone to replace with correct pins as taking out the pins and links is very difficult almost requiring a jewelers glasses for very high magnification. Otherwise, I find the bracelet very helpful and supportive for my wrist. Thank you

Sono anni che compro questi braccialetti magnetici per il braccio destro. Col tempo sono passata a questo braccialetto perché ha doppie file di magnete. Per me funziona sul polso e la mano ma anche sul braccio fino alla spalla dove ho dolori di artrosi. Mi piace anche il colore! Tuttavia dopo un anno si comincia a smagnetizzare e bisogna sostituirlo ma ne vale la pena!

Bracelet assez joli qui compte 21 aimants. La longueur est tout à fait correcte. Je le porte depuis qqjours et j’avoue que je trouve mon sommeil plus profond, mes douleurs ont disparues malgré le froid et la neige. J’avais déjà acheté une bague magnétique, je les porte l’une à gauche, l’autre à droite, je ne sais pas si cet équilibre est bénéfique mais ça marche. Pour l’heure, je reste positive. Je reviendrai vers vous pour compléter au besoin ma description.

Ottimo prodotto, sia nella fattura che è di ottima qualità, sia come funzionalità, l'ho regalato a mia suocera 93 anni che da tempo soffriva di dolori alle mani durante la notte, con questi bracciali( due uno per polso) non è guarita ma ha attenuato molto il dolore, tanto che ha ripreso a dormire di notte. Ora dsono per lei un oggetto dal quale non si separa più.

Si es un poco grande , pero de momento, no quiero cambiar ,quiero aprovechar de todo saludable impulso, que tiene esa pulsera. Estoy muy contenta . Y muchas gracias por mandarme tan rápido y en perfecto estado 😘
