i've had bouts of insomia my whole life. i've done melatonin, tryptophan, valerian roots, marijuana (legal in my state), chamomile tea, etc. you name it. i didn't buy this as a sleep supplement, but i notice that it will knock me out in about 30 minutes flat if i take it at night. most of my supplements i take in the morning, but i save this one for night time. an unexpected surprise, quality seems good, nothing but positive words to say about it. the sleep benefits alone make it worth the purchase.

Life Extension is a quality company, and this Magnesium is very good. I have been taking it for maybe a year, and it helps me steer clear of debilitating nightly leg cramps, and also helps my digestion from getting sluggish. I don't really see any reason to change brands, because I trust Life Extension to deliver a high-quality product, so I'm just gonna stick with it. Recommended!

This magnesium works great for improving sleep and helps with constipation or irregularity. Start with 1 capsule before bed.

You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. I think that is a little shady and makes it harder to compare. I chose to go with the 1 capsule equals one dose brands. It just makes me trust them more. This is one of those brands. I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. These have been working fine for my sleep and nerve pain so i do recommend them. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know. I have the subscribe and save so plan on sticking with it. Good price and it is what they tell me it us plus only one per day. Nice find.

If you have any kind of leg cramps, YOU NEED MAGNESIUM!!! I had horrific leg cramps in my inner thighs, outer thighs and calves that would make me scream out loud in pain. Did some investigating and Magnesium will stop leg cramps. You can find it in Pickle Juice but taking the 500 mg caps will relieve you of all leg cramps if you take enough. I take between 1600 and 2000 mg per day. No more leg cramps. It's a Godsend. Checked with my Dr. about this and he said, yes, you can take up to 2000 mg of magnesium per day. It's wonderful hope it helps you too.
