Elkay LZWSRK ezH2O RetroFit Bottle Filling Station Kit for EZ Family Filtered Non-Refrigerated

Non-plumber here who installed it with a plumber friend of mine who had never done a water fountain before. Took us 2.5 hours or so. We found a YouTube video that was much better than following the somewhat confusing written instructions. With the new filter, everything just barely fits in there and we both came out with some cuts from the sharp edges. Plumbing was fine but the water was running constantly when we plugged in the machine for the first time. I called Elkay customer service and not only got a real human, but one that worked on the factory floor and knew the machines in and out! Better yet, she called me back for a video call so I could walk her through my setup. She spent 45 minutes with me and was genuinely interested in figuring out the problem. I've never had customer service like that. We ended up solving the issue (it was electrical... my error of course) and my system works great.

A very nice item that updates our 15 year old water fountain. I installed it myself and not overly hard to do. The space in the old fountain is pretty tight. The kit came with everything that you need to get the job done.

With Covid-19 we felt any cost was wrothwhile to be able to have water without common touching of a water fountain. So $500 was the price we had to pay for safety. It seems rather csotly for what it is but we are glad to have it. We had a professional plumber install it who noted it took two peope a couple hours to get the job done as it was moe complicated than it seemed. This was not to justify his cost since he did the installation as a courtesy since we are a nin-profit. The ony other complaint is it did not come with a new drinking spigot as espicted in the Amazon images. That we had to but separately for $25. But at least our $500 included a filter.

Used this to upgrade our old waterfountans at school. Kids love it and leaves the standard fill in place while easily being able to fill water bottles.

We received a water bottle retro fit killer and scheduled a plumber to install it. Upon arrival, the plumber noticed there was no manual or instruction guide. Since he had installed water fountains he knew the basics of what needed to happen and began removing our current fountains to begin the attachment process. Once taken apart, he noticed that the drain pipe included was the incorrect size. He had to have one of his employees run out and purchase one. Mind you, we all know that plumbers are expensive and get paid by the hour... this just added a hefty additional cost. I contacted the seller and they said they weren't responsible and to call the manufacture. Well it wasn't their fault!!

Retrofit is a bit misleading. This is a replacement for a water fountain that already has a bottle filler. For a water fountain that does not already have the bottle filler, you must replace the basin with the Elkay 1337 basin. I did not find one on Amazon, but I did find online at Berl's Commercial Supply for $135.99. Worth the effort.

I just got this installed today and the motor in this machine will not turn off how can i go to replace this machine and get another one to replace it that works.

The product work as promised

The Pictures show a skirt around the Bottom, it DOES NOT come with the skirt. Simply the top part and the tray that's it !! It does say that in the little fine print ! Pretty darn expensive without having the full kit. I now have to try and make something to cover up the bottom half as everything is exposed. Disappointed over all ! Now have to spend more money trying to cover all the pipes up.
