Elkay EZS8L Wall Mount ADA Cooler Non-filtered Refrigerated Light Gray Granite

Purchased this to replace church's nonfunctional Oasis water cooler. It was going to cost more to fix the old one then to replace with this brand new cooler. It was very easy to install, and worked very well. The water inlet is 3/8 OD copper tubing. Very easy to hook up. And the water filter is very easy to change. The one we replaced was a pain. It looks as if maintenance on this machine will be so much easier. Fast cool down time too. Overall, the church was pleased and was a very good value!

We operate a small school for children. We had a refrigerated outdoor fountain that died on us and replaced it with this. So far it's been working like a champ (6 months). Water keeps cool, the machine is quiet, and looks spiffy. Our summers get up to 120 degrees here, so that'll be the ultimate test to see if this thing can hang. I'll update if it doesn't.

It seems to be a decent fountain. It was easy for the plumber to install and seems to be well built. I was disappointed at first with the water pressure. I searched high and low for a solution online and was unable to find any documentation or user with a solution. Just when I thought all was lost, I noticed a white screw to the left of the altitude suggestions and decided to give it a turn. Sure enough, it increased the water flow and I was able to adjust it to my specifications. Also of note, we decided to install the electric receptacle outside of the fountains enclosure so we'll be able to unplug it when its not in use. We have young kids that love playing in water whenever they can so it's best that we have the option to shut it down completely if needs be. You'll be unable to simply run the plug out the bottom. I had to run to the home improvement store and purchase a 1.5 inch drill bit to pop a hole into to make it work. It not a defect at all, just something I wish they'd provide the option for. So far so good- I've attached a picture of that elusive water flow adjustment screw.

I bought this to replace an old and leaking Elkay water cooler at my place of worship. The cooler arrived in two days. It was a little challenging to install in the same footprint as my previous cooler: the drain was a challenge due to were it was roughed in but with a bit of thinking and a couple of trips to the lumber yard we got it installed. The water line was very easy to install. The water stream was a bit low and the trouble shooting instructions are a bit confusing but with the help of an online video we figured out were the adjustment was and now we have a good stream of water. The adjustment valve says it's for altitude but it adjusts the water flow also. To be ADA compliant the unit is about 4" lower than the old one so a bit of wall touch up is needed if replacing an older one. Out last Elkay unit lasted over 20 years hope this one gives us that kind of service, I'm sure it will.

Works great for our church. Pretty easy to install as well. The buttons on the side are helpful and easier to use then ones with a button on the spout. It does seem to be a smaller fountain-which is nice because it doesn't take up as much room and still does the job. Best priced and shipped quick.

There was water filter Bracket filter from Elkay can't be mounted missing so I had but separate filtration system for client. But in the the instructional manual shows the bracket in Fig. 9 actual part missing.
