Will this work on a 9mm Kel-Tec

I hope you do not mean their handguns and do mean Sub2000? While it will fit Sub2000 it will not be very comfortable and might not work. The ejection port is sitting right above the pistol grip and that is where the bag will have to sit. So each ejected shell will be ultimately landing on your hand, and the brass will be hot. And the presence of your had under the bag might cause the shells to bounce back up and jam the bolt, or be prevented from ejection altogether. Even though I have both I have not tried them together yet due to ranges being closed, so whatever you read above are my logical deductions.

Will this work on a SKS?

Doubt it, It didn't work on my Ruger Mini30.

Will it work on a lever action rifle like a Henry?

Most likely, it should clear the lever action

will it work with a left handed shooter?

I am a left handed shooter and it works well, even on my semi autos with a right side operating handle. This catcher simply swings out. I don’t think it would work with a left side ejection, but have no lefty firearms to test it. A great fearure is during cease fire, because you simply swing it out insert your chamber flag. I have used it on AR 15,AR 10, Ruger 10/22, Browning BAR Mark III, and Ruger PC 9.
