They do not include any information or description about the proper way to use them, which eventhough I use them under a therapist advice, I do not like. The reason I rated this product with only two stars is because it does not comply with the 'weighted vibration' as mentioned on the desertcart web page. The idea is to have some regular (better if incremental) weights for some exercises and other weights that offer some kind of vibration, commonly achieved by having another ball inside, and you can feel the vibration when you move them. This does not happen with the Erokay Kegel Exercise Balls I got. Then I ended up with another set of weighted balls, but that is not what I was expecting from the description.
