Great product highly recommend. The markers and eraser works well with the mat. The mat is pretty big and I enjoy my dad sessions thoroughly with it.

This play may has made mapping small areas in the D & D campaigns much easier. It wiped off clean and the markers don't stain.

Works well, if you leave marks on for longer you will need to use a wet paper towel to clean, other than that, very nice. The added dice is a fun touch

This is a warning to all DMs. Buy a better mat. This mat only allows Dry Erase markers to be used. You cannot use Wet Erase markers. The ink from Wet Erase markers will pool and not adhere to the surface of this mat. The mat is made from a THIN posterboard and laminated on one side. It also does not lay flat easily. You will have to flatten it before you use it.This mat is not very good. It's usable, but I'll be spending more money to buy a better 2'x3' mat that allows Wet Erase markers. Why are Wet Erase markers better? Wet Erase allow the map to be covered and slowly revealed as players explore so you don't have to waste time drawing during a session. Dry Erase can be too easily wiped off by a player's hand or by the sheets or paper you use to cover the map. Wet Erase does not wipe off until you want it to.I was careless and mistakenly thought this mat allowed both types of markers to be used. I admit I did not read the description carefully enough to realize that this mat was DRY ERASE ONLY. I won't buy from this vendor again.

Easy to flatten out, even though it comes rolled up in a tube. The markers, eraser and dice are all excellent quality for the price! Very happy!

It works/looks fine, but when I got it I could not return it due to amazon's policy with this thing.

It's exactly what I needed for the perfect price. The dice are also a nice bonus.
