The Bluefin Fitness Vibration plate is powerful and really revs up your circulation through your feet all the way up to your head. You can feel the effects immediately and it cycles you through different vibratory effects. The mini remote is simple to use and enables you to choose between various programmed modes or manual modes which allows you you to tweak the vibratory speed. All your digital readings including timer, progression bar and modes are easy to see on the screen that is embedded in the vibration plate. The faster the speed the more powerfully rhythmic the vibration. The 4D vibration plate is not noisy and it is very sturdy and appropriately heavy. I feel invigorated after I use it and it is especially beneficial for me as I am behind a computer much of my work day. I notice my leg and lower back muscles don't feel as stiff throughout the remainder of the day or night after using it. Transacting with BlueFin as been a pleasant and professional experience. I originally had the the 3D vibration platform version but it had a bit of a squeal at one particular setting I used frequently. I inquired about exchanging and upgrading to the 4D unit that has 3 motors instead of 2 motors as in the 3D unit. No problem getting the upgraded replacement. I paid the higher cost for the 4D vibration plate that was on sale and was fully credited back for the 3D unit once it was returned. BlueFin paid for the return shipment. Being an Amazon prime member I got the 4D unit 2-day shipped at no additional cost. I did not get additionally purchase discounted by BlueFin for this 4D vibration plate write up. I rarely do write ups on Amazon but the provider more than earned it on this particular transaction.

Whenever I don't FEEL like working out, I stand on this and it works me out. I always feel better afterward! I really love this vibration plate...the ONLY downside I have found is the cord is really temperamental. If I barely touch it, the machine shuts off. I accidentally touch it mostly when I'm sitting on the plate and my foot moves a little and touches the cord. (I'm not sure how to make it more secure) -- Then I have to start the program over. It's not a big deal...it just means I get more minutes in as long as I keep going. To me it is addictive and really works muscles out that I didn't even know I had! I love the programs. Oh...one more downside: the watch didn't work for me. I pulled the contact paper out so the battery would engage, but it doesn't connect...not sure what I'm doing wrong. Even with that, I STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLATE! I had one that had handle bars on it, but I felt like they impeded my ability to perform all types of exercises. Oh, also, it's nice to have a bluetooth speaker that connects to my phone to play music or audio for videos I'm watching while wiggling. (yes, you will wiggle in ways you never thought possible!!!) Very cool machine! If I ever have to buy another, I'll look at replacing with this one.

I like to read reviews before I purchase items like this. I haven't seen many reviews on the operation of the units so here's how it was for this one. The unit was very well packed. Set up was very easy, just set on a level surface and plug it in. The wristband remote is neat, although somewhat uncomfortable. Wish it had an independent on off and start-stop buttons. You press the power button on the remote to start the program, and when you press it to stop the program, the machine shuts off. I would also accidentally change settings during a workout just by brushing over the LCD/ touch buttons on the unit itself. Then I had to start over again. Also wish it had independent controls for each motor speed. If you use only one motor at a time, that's not a problem. But if I were to use two or all three, I can't change the speed of each motor independently. Mechanically it operates very smooth and quiet which are features i was looking for and tells me this is a quality unit. While I ended up returning the unit, my experience with customer service was pretty good. They were a little slow to respond to each email, but return shipping was free so I consider that good customer service.

I purchased this vibration platform as an upgrade to a light blue one I purchased a couple of years ago, on a "Deal of the Day." I had hopes it would have a higher vibration capacity (expressed as "G" force). The one I purchased is no longer available, and there is no information available on it's "G force" rating, or motor rating, so, I was just "hoping" this one would be stronger. Sadly, it is not. Also, I am not fond of the watch remote. It doesn't really have enough different buttons, and it is frustrating to use. For instance, while on a program, I was trying to set maximum intensity, and the program would suddenly make the intensity go to zero. So, here, I am, trying to turn up the intensity on the machine, and the program is taking it to zero. Also, with a range up to 60, pressing the little up button is time consuming, and, as I said, almost completely ineffective. All of that being said, the build quality and aesthetics are very nice. It is black, with nice LED lights, and very solid. Also, I don't like the 10 minute limitation. So, I would really like to give this platform 3.5 stars, but that is not available, so I rounded up. Here is what I would like to see: 1.) At least 25% more power, or "G Force," 2.) A separate remote with more direct buttons, like, for example, a "Max" button, where maximum intensity can be selected, 3.) Ability to select a longer program, and 4.) Since Bluetooth is already incorporated, an app that can control the unit, and allow for almost infinite programmability (and be able to save the routine for future use). For instance, the 3 built in programs only have a combination of 3 of the built-in manual modes. If I wanted to incorporate all of them into a 20 minute program, I could do it, with the app. That should be the next generation of these platforms, and I think this platform could get there, with a fairly minimum tweak to the existing product. So, while it is a very good product, it is just short of great. If it had a stronger "G Force," I would have given it higher marks, because, after all, the things I am describing are not in the product description: they are aspirational, should the manufacturer read the reviews, to find out what users really want.

I have always suffered with aching legs for as long as I can remember, I often work jobs that require long periods of standing up. My friend recommended trying out a vibration plate to help ease the aches and pains I often feel. I did a lot of research about these products and eventually decided on this one. I am absolutely delighted with this machine!! After the first go (using the massage therapy setting) I could feel the tensions easing in my legs and ankles. I now use for just 10 minutes after every shift and it really has changed my life! I no longer have these tired aching legs after all these years - thrilled with the results! I have since been reading the other bits of info included in the box which I must say is very informative. I am going to start using the workout settings and also there is an added bonus of a healthy eating recipe booklet included. Looking forward to making the most of this fantastic machine!!

Summary upfront: I try to give this product as fair of a review of possible with detailed reasons why I rate it at 3 stars in the rest following this summary. This is a decent plate, but on the pricier side for what you get. If you’re looking to tighten/tone yourself by being more efficient with workouts due to the G forces that vibration plates bring to the workout then this scores on the low end of that. I’d say it’s good for beginners who’ve been sedentary for a long time and have modest goals. However it does a good job of challenging my sense of balance, making some yoga poses quite demanding. I have also become quite fond of the massage like waves the vibrations send through me, but at this price point for what you get it’s only a 3 star product. Detailed Review The unit is exceptionally well packaged to easily stand up to the rigors of shipping. It includes a foam mat intended for the user to place the plate on (very nice for tiled floors) and includes a remote, workout poster with suggested poses/routines, instruction manual, two resistance cords, 4 resistance bands and a exercise/diet guide. The Bluefin has 3 distinct vibration patterns, up/down, side to side and "micro" side to side with a setting range of 1-60. What follows gets a little technical but it’s relevant for the review. According to the sales page the specs list the 4d plate as having 6.4-40hz, the vibrations per second, which means the number of times the plate completes 1 cycle of movement per second. The higher the hz, the more cycles per second. 40hz is a pretty good top max setting and its usually the only metric most shoppers look at. However, another very important factor is Amplitude. This is the vertical distance the plate travels in 1 cycle, typically measured in millimeters. The result of Frequency holding hands with Amplitude is it generates G force, which is the total force that the body is subjected to on every up cycle of the platform. The more G’s the tougher the workout and the greater the value of the plate. That out of the way, what follows is a little subjective but as honest as I can represent. I’ve made use of vibration plates that ramp up to 15gs worth of force and have a fair bit of experience doing exercises at 10 Gs, this plate doesn’t come close to that. My best guess is I’d say the bluefin is able to reach 3 G’s? Which doesn’t make this a bad plate, but I’d rate it as a beginner’s choice. To be fair though, if you’re looking to pick up a machine capable of 10 Gs they’re generally around the $1k price point. However, at max settings I found using it to loosen up and stimulate (“massage”) very pleasant, depending on how you stand or what sorts of motions you engage in, you can send vibrating massages to various areas of your body and this plate has helped me considerably in loosening up my lower back. Otherwise it feels quite solid, the metal base the motors are housed in looks like it will stand up to steady use for quite some time. The plastic shroud is sleek and pleasantly attractive, though the R/L edges have two lighting panels that change from green, to yellow, to red in line with every 20 increments of speed you’ve chosen. Personally, I feel this lighting is frivolous and amounts to just bling, which, why does a exercise product require bling? Criticisms: Amplitude: This cost the Bluefin a star, almost 2. The Amplitude for this price point is IMHO on the low side of things. When I bought mine, it had a $200.00 coupon that I could apply, reducing the cost to $400. If it hadn’t been for that coupon, I would’ve docked a 2nd star due to the low Gs this plate puts out, especially when there are competitors achieving 5gs for less. Had I known how low the amplitude was, I likely would’ve opted for a competitor’s that is lower cost and states upfront they achieve 5 Gs. Mind you, I’m NOT athletic and don’t consider myself “fit”, but I get way more of a sweat going doing super sets of just basic calisthenics. Remote: Half star docked. The remote that shipped with the unit didn’t work, I went through the included manual line by line to see if maybe I was not using it correctly, but the manual only mentioned what the remote does, I could discern nothing requiring setting it up. I thought maybe the battery is a dud, so I bought a replacement, but even with a fresh battery the remote was still DOA. Then I emailed the seller who responded swiftly in a kind and courteous email where she promptly issued me a replacement remote. Sadly, the replacement fared no better than the original. While not a deal breaker, having two failed remotes back to back did cost them half a star. If by some chance I’m being dense and not doing something, I’ll update my review provided the instruction makes the remote functional. Resistance bands/chords: I’m going to be a little blunt here, the resistance rubber bands? I don’t see the point to them, there are a few postures they can be used to offer resistance with but in general your own body weight will serve better. The flexible chords are pretty much worthless, lifting a gallon milk jug a few times will strain you more. Manual: Comes in 5 languages, with 2 pages of suggested exercises and 10 pages recommended diet and food planning. To be blunt, the pages on diet are a utter waste. They’re no more informative than a mediocre blog on dieting, IMHO this is wasting paper simply to be able to say they include a diet plan. Bluetooth Speaker: Perhaps I’m a little critical, but I see absolutely no point in giving a vibration plate it’s own special Bluetooth speaker. You’re only on the plate for 10-15 minutes and if one needs music that badly for such a short workout, there are better ways to get your sound stimulus. Removing this would let the seller replace those use resistance cords with a better design. Timer: Half star docked. Officially it is recommended that one not spend more than 15 minutes at a time on a vibration plate and up to 2x a day if you like. The Bluefin’s caps at 10 minutes. Which means to get a full work out, I have to do a 10, stop, re-program and finish up another 5-minute set. This is especially disruptive if you’re doing super-sets. I know this has been a rather long read, I hope my review gave you enough feedback to make a buying decision you can stand behind. I have only used this product for 2 weeks, but am seeing very good results. I have lost 12 pounds; losing inches all over; down 1 dress size and no longer have any swelling in my ankles. I also have increased energy levels. I have used this machine every day for 10 minutes. The first couple of days I could only use the lower speeds 1-10, but made myself increase it to 60 and now use it on 60 every day. I have 4 young boys and they love using it. It gives them exercise time especially since we are inside most of the time due to the cold weather. I work at a desk all day and have been experiencing a lot of fluid retention on my feet and ankles for over 2 years now. I am extremely happy that issue has disappeared so quickly!

i really wanted to like this machine, but it didn't give me a chance too! I've had my "Bluefin 4D Triple Motor Vibration Plate Machine" for a few months now and this is how it sounds today. This plate is suppose to have 3 different motion settings, which are horizontal Vibration-(seesaw motion), vertical Oscillation-(surfing motion) & Micro Vibration-(hoolahoop motion). Only 2 of my motion settings are "Trying" to work. The hoolahoop motion "Does Not" work at all. When I turn the machine on, the other 2 motion settings make a loud thumping, bumping & squeaky noise! As you can see in the videos. Oh I almost forgot, the wristband controller broke within the first month of using this machine. This vibration plate cost waaay too much money to not be working properly. In the trash it goes!

Aggiornamento A tre settimane dalla scadenza dei due anni dall'acquisto, ha iniziato ad essere strano... La vibrazione centrale faceva come falso contatto, dovevo prendere a sx per farla funzionare e quando riprendeva era sottotono. Contatto l'assistenza, che mi rimanda al sito della Bluefin. E così spedisco il pacco (100€). Dopo circa 3 settimane me lo sostituiscono con un'altra pedana... Usata, sì, vibra, ma anche troppo. Sulla sx forse qualcosa non è ben avviato e fa rumore, anche il led sfarfalla lì... E lo devo sempre staccare, perché fa rumore, si sente il ronzio della tensione elettrica... Insomma, benino, ma non benissimo. Il mio lo tenevo come una reliquia per quanto era costato, non avevo tolto neanche la pellicola del display... Sob... Non posso neanche chiedere assistenza, perché mi è scaduta nel mentre che era via... 😑 Appena ho tempo metto il video, sperando si senta il rumore della vibrazione e si veda lo sfarfallio del led...

1) Livraison : Bien emballer, livré 1 jour avant la date prévu. Masse du colis : environ 24 kg. Accessoires tous présents. 2) Avantages : Semble solide et fait une bonne taille, le menu est simple d'utilisation. Après mes premiers test : on sent vraiment que les muscles ont travaillés et que la circulation sanguine est boosté (picotement dans les jambes.) L'appareil est silencieux et les cycles d'entrainement sont de 10 min. Si vous dépassez le poids maximum conseillé, l'appareil peut tout de même être utilisé hormis en position debout (pour réduire la pression sur la plaque assis, en appui partiel du corps) Charge max 150kg. 3) Inconvénients : Notice très limité en information, Poster en allemand, explication manquante pour la mise en route de la montre. Appareil de plus de 20kg, pas de poignées ni de roulettes. Si vous aussi vous n'avez pas compris pourquoi la montre ne fonctionne pas : Un cache plastique est mis dans le boitier pour bloquer l'alimentation de la pile CR2032. Le boitier de commande doit être retiré de son enveloppe en caoutchouc, vous accéderez à la trappe de la pile au verso, retirer le cache plastique sous la pile, remettez celle ci dans son logement, refermez tout et hop ça marche. Je mettrais à jour ce commentaire après 1 mois d'utilisation pour voir l'évolution physique ou non apportée par l'appareil.

It works well but this product doesn't look new, it looks used. Lots of scratches and one scratch as if it was cleaned with an abrasive sponge. Disappointed! but I paid for a new one...

Thoroughly enjoying my new toy, too soon to give a full review.. but it seems like a well made product and hoping I get good results! But loving the features so far!
