Great Product, been using for a while now and feel the benefits.

I was looking for something to help with metabolism / weight loss. Green tea kept coming up as an ingredient in weightoss supplements so I decided to give these a go because they also have turmeric in them, so two supplements for the price of one. Well I've been taking these for a month now and I deliberately didn't alter my diet or exercise habits so that I could review these honestly and see if they affected my weight. They didn't! I didn't lose a single pound. So why do I think these are so amazing? Well I struggle with fatigue and tiredness usually but these green tea capsules really give me a lift and an energy boost. Even if I've had a poor nights sleep, two of these capsules in a morning wake me right up and give me energy. As I've got more energy I've been moving more. I'm no longer too tired to exercise. And all with no side effects. I'll certainly keep taking these.

Good luck swallowing them - they’re huge!!

Ok so I’m on day 5 of these capsules and I have to say I’m very impressed. I was sceptical as to if they would work, but they do! This morning I woke up feeling less ‘thick’ around the waist and less bloated and heavy. I started off on day one by taking 2 capsules in the morning and I did seem to feel a bit of energy about an hour after but then by tea time had a bit of a low. So I decided on day 3 to split the dose and have one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I have found this works better for me and I have lots more energy throughout the day and feel more focused. Not sure if it’s suppressing my appetite but it is helping with the sugar cravings and being a sugar addict, this is a big bonus for me. I think this product will be a part of my diet from now on, because it’s natural and healthy and I can feel the benefits already. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to up there energy levels and reduce bloating. 5 stars

I have been taking these for a few weeks now they are much easier and more convient to take rather than other supplements. I can't really tell yet if these work for me but I will give them more time I think they do give me a little boost of energy but only time will tell.

Easy to swallow and feeling , as an 80 year old a little more perky- on my third bottle of 1 a day

I bought this product before and was without incident. However, my recent purchase of 2 more has been terrible. I have awful stomach problems. Had diarrhoea and mucus. Will not take this again. Very disappointed.
