I feel so much healthier on these worth the money no side effects at all I find them easy to swallow even my dad said I look healthy you don't taste much as it's only a little capsule my eyes look shiny and feel strong so I'm guessing these are working for me but I did get an eye exam they said I was doing well

This product may not be the cheapest available AREDS 2 supplement but using some cheaper ones I became quite ill with stomach pains, cramp and nausea. Seems I have a common sensitivity to zinc oxide. You need zinc as part of AREDS 2 macular prevention formular and almost none of the brands uses the kinder zinc formulations. Nutrof has low zinc that i can tolerate and I get the recommended zinc dose by using vitamins with kinder zinc citrate. I think I will stick to Nutrof as it works for me.

Good to be able to get Uutein with Omega 3. It’s hard to find.
