Favorite Outdoor Toy
Finally a positive review - After writing about some toys that were either junk or just boring it is nice to share a great product with other parents. My boys are now 10, 8 and 4 and all 3 love this game. it is a combination slingshot and catch. You hook the blue rubber-band that is attached to an orange ball to a small hook on the catching handle. You then slingshot the orange ball to the other person who catches it in their net. My kids are hooked. For a few weeks now they come to me and ask if I will play it with them in the yard. It is not a good individual game. You really do need 2 people to have more fun. They shoot it as high as they can to me and are always impressed if I can actually catch it...Oddly it has become a time to talk with each of them about their days at school. I am ordering another set so that 3 or 4 of us can play at the same time. We have lost a few in the trees so definitely order extra replacement sets. Now my 4 year old can do this but most of his friends cannot - he is more coordinated than an average 4 year old. I don't think my older boys could have pulled back the band to the ball while keeping it still hooked on the handle (picture if your child could use a slingshot). I think it would frustrate many 4 year olds. The djubi junior though I do not own looks like it is just smaller - I can't see wanting a smaller net to catch the ball in, nor do I think it would make pulling the slingshot any easier for a younger kid. It takes a few throws to get the hang of it but you will love it. It sits by our door and gets used weekly which as you know is rare for toys these days!!

SUPER fun game!!
We love, love, love this game. It's a lot of fun for teenagers and adults, but the elastic loops on the balls need to be made better. We found out the hard way that they'll snap if an adult pulls back on them too hard. My four year old had a really tough time playing this and it resulted in a meltdown. My eight-year-old got it, but it's a little too hard for her to really pull back and launch a ball.

Fun for dad & son + one tip.
Played this game lots of times. Balls can launch very high very accurately. For best accuracy, draw pointing downward as if shooting a long bow and then aim up with the ball resting against your inner elbow/bicep. The rubber bands on the balls do break, and be warned that they come in 3 sizes and the only good size is the large (which is the 4-pack). The medium (5-pack) is simply unusable and for some reason the physics just donโt work. Balls last a few hours of play each, or maybe a dozen hours if the user canโt put much strain on the band. The 4-pack of balls is what you want for replacements and the slingshot balls that come with the toy are the size large, so you wonโt necessarily need replacements right away, but when you do get replacements make sure you get the size large. A 5-pack of balls or a six pack are the wrong ball size.

Exactly what I hoped for - fun and easy
The reviews sold me on this, so I will chime in - Djubi is exactly what I hoped for. I wanted a low-key, easy and entertaining beach toy to give my husband and I and our college-age sons something to do together on the beach. We have varying athletic ability (I'm at the low end), and this was perfect. It was easy to "shoot" a good distance and surprisingly easy to catch, once you get the hang of it. The wind factor introduces an entertaining challenge but still very do-able with a sea breeze. The ball is light and floats, so there's no panic about getting hit by the ball or if it falls in the water. The raquet/nets seem durable enough, although we've only used it for one vacation. I would think younger children would enjoy it too, as it sparked some interest from kids nearby and they wanted to "shoot" it. I am very happy with the launching aspect, because I just don't throw, hit or pitch well. This toy was a good choice.

Great beach and pool toy
Took this on vacation with my grandkids to Mexico. They used it in the pool and on the beach. The kids using it were ten and up. Ten out of ten.

so much fun for every age!
Djubi is a game of catch, with a twist! You receive two nets, that each have a hook on top, that you launch the ball with. Also, it comes with two balls with the bands attached that you launch off the hooks. Depending on how far you pull the ball back, you can launch it to a short distance or a very long distance. The balls definitely fly! I bought this for my daughter for her 9th birthday. But I think this game would be great for pretty much any age. If you can play catch, you can play this game. This gets you outside and moving! Great on grass, sand, any surface. I did think the nets would be a tad bit bigger, but playing the game with them, they are a good size. Prompt service from the seller, packaged nicely, nothing was broken, came in perfect condition. So, if you want to get your child or yourself out of the house, and get some exercise, these are a great option. Not really expensive either. Have fun!

Cheap netting
Bought a set along with a frisbee to have some fun at a BBQ at Lake Tahoe. We started playing with Djubi first, and while it took some getting used to, it was lots of fun...until the netting started to tear down the middle on both catchers. We barely played for 30 minutes before I noticed the mesh ripping apart at the seam. We did not play aggressively at all. The balls and rubber bands held up fantastically, we even pulled them back as much as the catcher let us and it still held up just fine. Only if the darn netting would have kept up the same. We ended up slingshot-ing the balls ourselves with our hands. After we got tired of that, we broke out the good ol' reliable frisbee and had some fun. I was so excited to get this because of the reviews, but the Djubi gets a low score from me. I'll contact CS at Djubi and hopefully they can send me a replacement set.
