It cannot be used on wet toilet sheets as it is made of paper, I purchased for traveling purpose.

One of the best things you can use if you frequently get UTIs due to dirty toilet seats. Just put it on seat abd sit over it. Then throw way in the dustbin. You get 30 sheets in a pack and can easily carry it anywhere.
