There's very little room for bottom fitting. Does the top fitting using rubber bung take up less space below the ceramic underside?.

The top fitting doesn’t go underneath the ceramic underside. The rubber bungs just fit into the holes and stay put with the expanded bit of rubber.

If it doesn’t fit can I return for free? No delivery charge?

Contact Amazon customer services. They are very helpful.

How do I contact the seller? I need a replacement screw.

There is a 30 day return window if it came with one missing. If you've had it longer than that, you should be able to contact the seller by referring to the listing.
