Affordable
Good old fashioned affordable chess game. The pieces are nice. The chess board is folded but opens nicely and lies flat.

Adequate Chess Set
It's an OK chess set for the money. I brought this with me to Philippines because my brother in laws love to play chess. I can't beat any of them!

Standard basic chess
Basic chess game, but just what we wanted for teaching our kids to play. Not too small and holding up so far with a lot of games played. The box didn't survive, but the board and pieces are fine.

Great Game Pieces, Terrible Box
The contents of the box are great. The box itself, super flimsy. I bought one of these for my middle school classes. So many kids wanted to play, I had to get another. To save myself from having to keep fixing the boxes, I got some extra large storage pouches.

I bought this chess set to play at home with my daughter. It is practical, lightweight, with clear colors and well-defined structures. It comes with all the pieces, and includes instructions, rules, and some special moves. The box sent by the seller is well sealed. The game board is made of cardboard and folds in the middle (sturdy). This product is perfect for someone who is learning to play chess.

Not travel friendly, but a good set!
Bought this for my brother. He liked it. In fact right now as I'm writing this review, he's using it. He looked up some Internet chess puzzles/games and uses them as references to play this chess set. A good buy. Highly recommend. Pieces are sturdy, game board is visually appealing and will last long.
