I bought this item to gift to my mother for Christmas. She loved it! Considering how delicate it looks, I was pleased that nothing was broken during shipping. The overall look and presentation during the unboxing was a sight for sore eyes! The gold and pink detail is impeccable and the little spoon it came with was the icing on the cake! Both the cup and the spoon have some weight on them since the handle is made out of a type of metal. I loved it so much that I will be buying one for myself soon!

Love, love this cup. Enjoy drinking my chai tea from this fancy schmancy cup, it's quite decorus, makes one feel special drinking from it, Tea at the Dorchester anyone? And where's my scone with clotted cream. It's a sturdy cup, not fragile. It comes in a taller version as well , I intend to purchase one of these as well for iced tea and lemonade. An absolutely delicious gift, I will be ordering another for a dear friend in August for her birthday. Wish they made a small saucer to go with the cup, I use a small clear saucer with mine, looks ok but a matching saucer would be splendiferous! I highly recommend this lovely, unusual cup, it's a touch of the finer and gracious things in life (not much of that anymore). Hey, buy one splurge just this once.

I bought two large and two small so This review will suffice for all. I got the butterfly and rose decorated mugs for my wife. She loves them for her hot tea and other drinks. I can say that they look delicate, but they are sturdy. I had one that we washed countless times for two years, but I broke it by being clumsy. Glad I got these new ones - they're very pretty and my wife loves them. I highly recommend these beautiful glass mugs.

The pictures are nice, but I was so surpised at how really lovely this is. The mug, spoon, and doily are so pretty, and packaged in a very nice box. I gave this mug for an office holiday gift swap and everyone wanted one! I only gave it 4 stars because the gift box was damaged. The contents were perfectly protected, though. The company was quick to refund some money, but the lovely box was smashed in and didn't look great.

When I saw this advertised I was immediately drawn to it. It is so pretty and different than anything I've seen before. I had to have it. Also bought a set with red & blue glasses. They come with their own matching spoon and a little polishing cloth. Would make a great gift. I haven't actually used it for tea yet, so I hope they hold out good.

This is incredibly beautiful! Bought this as a gift for someone special to me and she absolutely loved it. Brought tears to her eyes even. Everyone that saw it asked me where I bought it. This is a great gift to make someone feel special. The box was beautiful, it had satin on the inside just looked so elegant and fancy. Everything about it was thought out and perfect already! She said it was so nice she didn’t know wether to use it or display it in her cabinet. I was thoroughly impressed! Now I want one!!!

I can't really say how sturdy it is but it seems fine - this is a gift for Christmas, so hopefully it is. The packaging was a real surprise - it is BEAUTIFUL! It comes in a gift box. The mug itself is far more stunning than it is in photos. Truly, a work of art.
