Quality cable at a reasonable price
great quality, well constructed, reliable. Easily beat out the 3 other cords that were cheaply constructed.

Nice cable, good value!
Nice solid cable with no issues like the one it is replacing. The length is perfect and the old school look matches my tweed blues junior amplifier. I know if one of my other cables goes out I’ll be buying another one of these.

It's my main guitar cable, and it may stay that way
I've had this cable for a couple of years, I think. It's been my main cable pretty much since I bought it. Now I'm into a bit of a rabbit hole with cables. I've been trying out a few other cables, and it's starting to dawn on me why I keep coming back to this cable. Getting particulars out of the way: This is a reasonably high quality cable for not a lot of money. It's well constructed, with good quality materials. It doesn't make unwanted signal noise when I move it around on the floor. And the metal sleeves are nice and tight, so I don't have to struggle keeping them fastened, like I do with some of my other cables. In this rabbit hole about cables, my ears are getting a little more attuned to variables in my signal chain. I'm starting to understand how important a good cable can be. Just yesterday I was using one of the new cables, and I was very unhappy with my sound. I wasn't hearing what I wanted to hear. I heard too much bottom end, and not enough sparkle in the top end. It was so frustrating that I stopped playing, and I almost gave up for the day. My ears can hear when something's wrong. I may not be able to articulate it exactly, but I'm getting better at spotting differences. Thankfully, I didn't give up. I decided to put away the new cable and use this one instead, my main cable. As I expected, it sounded suddenly right. The sound I was chasing was in focus again, and the day was saved. This cable has become a part of that sound. And truly, this isn't the first time I've realized it--it's just becoming more obvious now. I've used other cables with other guitars, and they don't sound the same after this one. I know that part of the truth of this is that for two years, I've been dialing sounds with this cable, so my signal chain has become tuned to this cable. So I'm not saying this is a magical cable or anything, but I do know when it sounds right, and I know I get the sounds I'm trying to get when I'm plugged in with this cable. That's enough to convince me it's good. Yesterday's issue was a eureka moment for me, and all was right in my small world again. Now I know that the right cable can be a significant contributing factor to a good guitar tone. I may have to get another.

Good Cable
I like the braided cover on my cables. I'm using it from a pedal to the amp and have not noticed any noise. Makes a good solid connection, flexible, and works for me. So I give it 5 stars.

Excellent cable but pricey
I've been buying GLS Audio products for a bunch of years now. Mics, speakers, and guitar cables. I've been using the same two 10 ft guitar cables for many years. The one from my guitar to the pedal board has gotten a bit flakey. Not all the time, but occasionally. I don't want to risk the buzzes and such anymore, so this cable replaced it. I used it for the first time this morning at church with zero problems. If something goes wrong in a month or two (which I do not expect), I'll update this review. When I got the first version of this, I tried the angled connector which I love. I use the same cable with my Fender electric, Sire bass, and Taylor acoustic. It performs beautifully in all settings. I use a second one with straight/straight connectors from the pedal board to the direct box. Always good performance. My only ding on this product is the price. I'm accustomed to GLS Audio having good products at good prices. The price for this is lower than the highest, but if you are on a budget, there are less expensive options. (I can't guarantee the quality on this. I feel pretty confident with the quality on this one.) If you don't mind the higher price, I recommend this cable. You will love it. Get the black one if you want it to be less visible in your rig.

High quality for price.
From tip to tip this is a quality cable. 5/5 Will purchase an exact replacement if, for what ever reason, I need it. I'll start with construction. The jacks are solid metal with no plastic or rubber spacers like some have and most importantly metal threading on both the straight and ninety degree jack! Beyond that there is an external rubber heat shrink strain relief, internal rubber booty strain relief, AND an internal metal clamp strain relief its like they know I'm going jump around and step on the cable and need it to survive not only the set but indefinitely. This was built with gigging in mind! Well insulated, soft, flexible, and depending on your aesthetic tweed could be called fashionable lol. The only improvement i could think of in any sort would be a bit of thread tape or glue on the jack connectors or something like silicone sealant on the inside for a 4th and 5th stage of protection. Those are both easy DIY and lets be honest, completely unnecessary and over kill. Its a friggin $14 cable (15 or 20 foot, which goes to prove the cost is all in the jacks and connectors which is exactly where you want it. As far as the only other thing that matters goes, sound is great. Performs exactly as it should between a guitar with either active or passive pickups right into my head or pedal board. It is extremely low Picofarad compared to other cables in the price range or more expensive which is important to your sound engineer nerd friend. Lower cable capacitance allows more of the natural “brightness,” “presence,” or “bite” of an instrument to reach the amp, which in turn allows the treble controls to be run lower, reducing hiss and other unwanted noise. It is well shielded and insulated which is important to your layman like myself. Everyone is happy. Everyone except for maybe the guy on his 8th Naturday requesting freebird as you gig at your local dive, but no one likes that guy anyway.

High Quality
The GLS Audio Guitar Cable is made of high quality material and has operated as intended since I received it about one month ago. I have no reason to think that I will have any issues with it as you sometimes do with cables of lesser quality ... and it has a cool vintage look

Great Cable, Quick Delivery
Noticeably quieter than what I was using, Doesn't tangle. 10' works nicely for home use. Velcro ties are nice touch. Reasonable price, although pricing can vary from day to day, it would seem.
