Anyone else being ignored by manufacturer for their defective product?

Mine feels like it’ll fall on my infant. I left a review & I keep getting emails from them telling me to delete the review.

Does it also work when attached to the back seat on the driver's side?

I have mine behind the driver seat, my baby rear facing. It takes going back and forth a couple times to tilt the mirror right, but i can see my baby when i look in my rear view mirror.

How can I contact the manufacturer? Our one broke within a few weeks (plastic cracked)

can this mirror be used on a back middle seat that doesn’t have a headrest?

I put a small ratchet strap on the outside seat's headrests and attached the mirror to it and used another string to attach the top tether anchor. Just had to move it a few times to make sure it was in the correct position to see while driving.
