Squeeze the cheese
We purchased this as a birthday gift for my wife's mom. She makes goat cheese and wanted to try making Cheddar cheese. The thing is so easy to use for her weak little hands and she has now made 5 Cheddar cheese rounds. Must have item

Good quality for the money. It was easy to set up and use. My son suggested I could also use it as an apple press. It cleaned easily and fit in cupboard easily.

cheap solution for the occasional home cheese maker
This is not a professional cheese press by any means, It definitely does the job at a low cost. I am not sure what the purpose of the wing nuts and top caps are for? I just slide the top board over the 4 bolts and add the recommended weight. be sure to put a plate underneath to catch the whey seepage and protect the bottom board.

Quality Product
I made cheddar cheese for the first time using this container. I think I could make a 2 pound round. I only needed it for a 1 pound round. It does what it says. It's kind of a pain the screw all the wingnuts, but I'm probably just being lazy. It's easy to clean. I'm happy with it.

The cheese making kit came in good condition. The quality of the product is excellent. I bought the small version which is very much enough for me. Small and cute and space saving. They provide assembly instructions and its super easy to assemble. Height is adjustable. I highly recommend buying this product. 5*

Plutôt très depuis de la qualité pour le prix dépensé. Je ne pensais pas avoir le moule avec, mais il y est inclus. À voir dans le temps car les planches sont en bois. Elles risques de gonfler/se fendre ou pourrie avec le temps.
