Couldn't even assemble it. I have to send it back.
I posted this same review with the seller, as it is mostly their issue. This product was shipped by FedEx, when Amazon usually ships with UPS. I thought nothing of it until the package was finally dropped off completely destroyed (and the person who delivered it made my boyfriend carry the large and heavy package into the house by hismelf! I know this is an issue with FedEx, but oy!). Then, there was a huge gaping hole in the packaging, which we were worried about. The product itself was not damaged, and it looked great, but the bag that comes with all the screws and the little wrench was missing. We guessed that it probably fell out of the giant hole in the box. When I went to look up a way to contact the seller, there was no way to do so, other than to have Amazon schedule a pick up for return of the product. I wanted to talk directly to the seller, so that I could see if they could send just the bag with the screws. I called Amazon and they wouldn't give me contact info for the seller, they just created a return label for me. When I went back to the email that had the original order item on it, it has the seller listed, but when I click on the item link, it sends me to the a different seller with the same item. I want to contact the seller and get my parts!! I don't want to have to deal with repackaging a huge product, let alone find boxes that will work for it. Plus, they scheduled a pick up and my work schedule doesn't allow me to be home during the times that UPS usually comes. I'm so annoyed with this whole process. The only reason it got more than one star is because the product itself is gorgeous and I actually want to put it up in my dining room, but I can't because I don't have all the stinking parts!

Great bakers rack.
We purchased this bakers rack summer 2014 and even though it seems its aimed to be used for storing wine/wine glasses or be used as a bar, we use it as all around storage. Over all, the quality of the rack is satisfactory, its not perfect by any means and it does have its flaws but nothing that takes away from the functionality of the rack. There were some minor inperfections like a bent glass wine holder (see pic) and over time, the wood shelf has warped downward. its hard to get a pic of it but we'really not sure what caused this, we don't really keep anything heavy on it. It holds our not so heavy microwave now but when it started warping, all it held was our coffee maker (we had it set up as our "coffee bar" before moving into our curent house). Maybe they should add some middle support to the wooden shelf to prevent this from happening to future costumers. Besides those two minor flaws, our bakers rack has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen and we enjoy the extra storage it provides.

Exceeded my expectations!
This baker's rack is absolutely wonderful. It took me (a middle-aged female) about 45 minutes to put together. The instructions are minimal (one side of one sheet, mostly numbered diagram, which to me is a huge improvement over trying to follow poor Chinglish.)Word to the wise, follow the instruction that advises you to NOT TIGHTEN EVERYTHING until you've got the metal fully assembled. I didn't tighten it fully until I had both glass shelves and the wood in, and I had no trouble at all.My one caveat: It arrived with one end of the carton wide open, and so the metal on that side (a few pieces) was exposed, and the legs were literally hanging out of the box. The box containing the shelves was well packed, safely inside, and so while one leg and the top posts got a little scuffed up, nobody's noticed it, and so I'm in no rush to touch them up.Hardier tape or perhaps shipping staples on the carton would probably have prevented the carton from opening, and to this day I am amazed that FedEx was able to keep the contents together in one piece. =)Worth mentioning: One pleasant surprise is the texture of the metal on the shelves. Rather than smooth, plain metal, it has kind of an orange peel texture to it.

Nice unit for the price
Nice unit for the price.Slots for wine bottles and wine glasses are a bit small. Can't fit a bottle of Bogle in the wine slots, only more traditional, slimmer wine bottles and even then, the label may catch when sliding it in. I can't see a way to remedy this without damaging the finish (seems like a powder coated finish, so any bends will crack it).Wine glasses need to have a thin base to fit well (think cheap glasses). Anything with a thick base to stem won't fit.

Very pretty design...
This Baker's Rack has a really pretty design and it seems to be pretty sturdy. We're using it for a Keurig (on the middle shelf) and a microwave (on the bottom shelf), as well as wine glasses and wine bottles and a few other small decorative items. We're pretty pleased with the product itself but we were unhappy with the way it was delivered. I understand that the carriers' handling of the products cannot be controlled by the manufacturers, however, sturdier packaging could help prevent some dings and scrapes on the product. The cardboard box it came in was dented and torn and consequently a few of the pieces have scrapes on them.

Looks Great and Easy to Put Together
I've got to admit I was skeptical about ordering this online, but it arrived in great condition and was easy to put together. It's just what we were looking for to fill in a corner in the kitchen. The only drawback I can see to the rack is the fact that the racks feet point out at a 45° angle from the rack itself. This has a habit of grabbing my toes as I walk past it, not every time mind you, just enough to be aggravating. All in all though a great little rack at a good price.

Beautiful!!
Beautiful!!! Set up alone in about an hour. Be careful not to tighten anything down too tight until you are done with that section, it is a little difficult but nothing impossible and totally worth it. I haven't had any trouble with the edges leaning out, but my dad dud stub his toe several times when he visited. Just be cautious of placing it in a high traffic area. I have had some issues with wine bottles not fitting in the innermost slots but I'm not a big wine drinker so that will never be an issue for me. The metal can probably be adjusted to fit the bottles but I haven't tried.
