Everything about the product is good, does the work, motor could be a little more powerful. Also it doesn’t come with batteries. You have to buy separately. But don’t fall for cheaper alternatives, go for this it’s good

It worked perfectly well for the first 2 days, then its rotational speed got weaker and weaker and after 8 days of its arrival it stopped working completely. Initially thought it might be batteries running out (used 2 new Duracell batteries) but when I took out the batteries from the brother and put it in my toothbrush to test the batteries I found out that my toothbrush was working with more power than before, same with the other battery. I threw the original box after testing it just once so I can’t even replace it anymore.

The product feels sturdy and strongly built. The form factor is good and handle has a good grip. While it is high priced compared to other similar options I felt that the quality justifies the price. I only wished it got a USB charging option. Overall 5 star product.

This lacks the power to froth effective. Feels absolutely dead!

Pros: Nice power, great looks, premium build, stand provided. Cons: no lock button so you have to keep pressing the button, No battery provided in the box.

The quality is really really good but I’m still wondering if it justifies the price. One can buy 10 ikea frothers at this price. But I guess you are paying for the user experience here. The quality of plastic is really top notch and very soft to hold (the texture is like kindle paper white)

This whisk is perfect for coffees, hot chocolate and milkshakes. Just don't fill your mug to the top as its really quite powerful! Very easy to clean, just run it under the tap.

I've owned a couple types of frothers now, and this one is---by far---my favorite. I love that when you let go of the button it just stops (helping to prevent overflow accidents). The other frother I have is just an on/off button and doesn't always stop in time. I leave that one at another home for use when the house isn't rented. This frother is comfortable and easy to use and, with good batteries (I use rechargeables) plenty powerful. I use heavy whipping cream in my coffee, and this frother does a fair job of whipping it before I've added the coffee and after. So when it died after 9 months of daily use (multiple times daily) I was sad, but came here anyway to purchase a replacement. While reviewing the description I saw that Bean Envy offers a lifetime warranty. I wanted to get another frother on the way so I went ahead and ordered one from Amazon, then contacted Bean Envy about the non-functioning one. Customer service replied within MINUTES to ask where they could send the replacement. I replied but let the Amazon order stand---with Prime, I knew I would have one back in-house within two days, and I had no idea how long the replacement from customer service would take. Well, the one from Bean Envy's customer service arrived today, BEFORE the one I ordered from Amazon. So I was able to use it to make my coffee, and of course it works great. I'll be saving the one I ordered again from Amazon either as a backup in case this happens again, or to give as a gift to a coffee-loving friend or family member. So to wrap up, know that Bean Envy's customer service is top-notch, and when they say "lifetime warranty" they MEAN it. Buy with confidence! UPDATE: Once again, the frother has kicked the bucket, and once again, Bean Envy customer support has come through, even sending me a different color this time. Again, great frother, and the lifetime warranty is no joke!
