Great for working out and extremely comfortable

I wear this belt every time I work out which is like 3 or 4 days out of the week. I feel that it helps me to remember to tighten my core as I'm working out and definitely causes a bit more of a sweat. To wash it I usually just let it soak in detergent for a while and then hang it to dry. Because I use it so much some of the elastic is starting to show but I think I've gotten my moneys worth and it still works great. I put it on too tight the firs time and so it did give me small cuts on my sides that I didn't even notice at first because the velcro was tight on my skin, but I thought the tighter the better. I like that you can adjust it so it doesn't have to be too tight but tight enough that you keep your core tight.

It was great at first, but after a few weeks of wearing it, the sides started buckling and they dig into your sides really bad. This needs boning in the sides, not just in the back.
