Best pretzels ever

Great tasting pretzels but with some serious drawbacks....
I've ordered this product twice. Both times there were three things I did not like: (1)The pretzels were on the stale side; (2) most of the rods were broken into smaller pieces; (3) a lot of the salt had been jostled off the rods leaving the pretzels too salt-free for my taste. Snyder makes a great pretzel but I will not be ordering this packaging from Amazon agan.

More than half of the pretzel rods are broken during shipping
The pretzels taste good. However, more than half the pretzel rods were broken. I counted 33 usable, pretzel rods for dipping and chocolate. I finished dipping the whole pretzel rods in the rest in the pictures are the broken ones.

Love buying a bigger amount of pretzels. They are a family favorite! They were fresh and not stale. The taste was what I expected, tasted really good and were nice and crunchy. Delivery was a couple of days and wished they came faster.

More than half was broken
Overall they are pretty good, however more than half of the tub was broken and I needed whole pretzels. Store should put a "fragile" or "handle with care" warning on the box, because in that case even the bubble wrap in the box didn't help.

Im not meant to be shipped!
Broke during shipment, and dipping for a fundraiser. We could not use, however was given refund from Amazon. You might be taking a risk if shipped bc of the brittle nature of product. Taste and quality excellent.

Best Pretzel in This Form But All Broken
Although this was the Best Pretzel in This Form (Rod) that I found, the entire container of rods were broken. However, I don't put the blame on Snyder's packaging. It was lidded and sealed properly. The problem is that the carton it came in was not properly packed! One thin sheet of plastic was all that was placed around this tub of pretzels for shipment. It ROLLED around that box from point A to point B for a day or two, being tossed by loaders and drivers, who KNOWS how many times! My assumption is, though, even how well this product could be packed for shipment, maybe it shouldn't be. I've read the many reviews on how this item was received by its buyers, all broken, so maybe this product isn't fit for shipment from Amazon, etc. Sorry, I am big on Amazon.
