Weeks Honey Farm Raw Buckwheat Honey, 12 oz

Buckwheat honey is a favorite because it is not so sweet and almost a cross between molasses and honey. They bottle is a nice firm plastic and the contents come out easily. Good deal for the $.

In all the years I have been buying products on Amazon, not one company ever hand wrote Thank you! on the paid invoice that was in the box with the product(s). Not one, except Weeks. Thank you to them. Nobody is paying me to say this. I'm not for sale. Will continue to buy from them for years to come. Thank you Weeks.

Love the rich, deep flavor of this honey. Very dark, almost like molasses, but to me tastes only like a rich honey. Will be ordering again and again.

I purchased Weeks Honey Farm buckwheat honey because of the Amazon's customer ratings. I stopped eating honey since I became a type II diabetic; however, I read an article that described the benefits of honey. I received the honey and used it. It tasted very good. That opinion was supported by my wife and daughter who both commented that the honey tasted good. As I said before, I rarely eat honey but I will continue to buy Weeks Buckwheat Honey. Yes I do recommend the weeks raw honey.

Buckwheat honey has a strong taste. [i am an idiot] If you like the flavor, I bet this is good if not great. To my palette, it was 1/2 honey 1/2 molasses. Not bad I guess, just not clover or star thistle or orange blossom or fireweed.

Very happy with this purchase. Pure USA honey. Strong taste like pure Buckwheat should be. Don’t believe the negative reviews. They are most likely comments from competitors. Also. The honey has a good chance of arriving partially crystallized due to the weather and temps. Do not microwave.... HAVE NO FEAR, get some WARM tap water (not boiling) and submerse the bottle for at least 30 mins changing water as needed to keep it warm. Good to go every time. NOTE: You will kill enzymes and nutrients if water is too hot or is microwaved. This holds true when adding directly to hot liquids like tea, coffee, etc.

I used this in a batch of buckwheat mead, and this honey has a unique flavor profile from the buckwheat that the bees harvested their nectar from. It's a dark, rich honey, and much more flavorful than clover honey. I feel that it was packaged well, and was fresh - no crystallization had occurred, which normally happens in old honey.

I bought another brand and the taste wasn't good. This one taste very good. The price is so much cheaper than Manuka Honey with more antibiotic power and healing than Manuka. I will continue buying this forever.
