I love this author. It is so peaceful and relaxing to read out loud. It’s as helpful to me as it is my daughter. I like the Pacing and rhythm of these books (her Yoga one being my favorite). YouTube has the read alouds and example breathings. Highly recommend.

I’m an occupational therapist working in the school systems. This book is good for incorporating visuals to assist with modeling and teaching for deep breathing, and why/when we can use deep breathing to influence our emotions/arousal. Easy to incorporate with Zones of Regulation, Alert Program, Social Thinking, and other social emotional curriculums.

I absolutely love this book. I’m a Social Worker, who works with children of all ages. This is such a good book for the younger kiddos. The illustrations are beautiful as well.

This was recommended by my daughter's OT and it has been amazing. She asks for it when she needs some calming down moments or you'll here her say rainbow breath or dandolion breath when she is trying to calm down. Pictures are cute as well.

My grandson loves animal yoga poses. His uncle, not so much. Evan asked his 32 year old uncle “do with me”. After 30 minutes Uncle was exhausted. Grandson kept doing. Great for posture and balance. Fun is spice on the fruit.

My 4 year old son loves this book. He calls it his "breathing book." It has been very beneficial for us to remember and use some of the breathing ideas from the story when he needs to calm down or even has an upset tummy. Highly recommend.

I may have ordered premature as my grandson is 5 months and he wants to put the book in his mouth. LOL But the book is so cute and I will continue to read it to him for a very long time. Glad I made the purchase.

I am a children's yoga teacher and got this book to use with my students. They were intrigued with the topic and enjoyed practicing the various breaths in the book. We thought of different situations in our own lives that we could use the various breaths!

I got this for my son liked the description didn’t want to judge the cover but this book is very girly . Every page is the same girl, with flowers, butterflies, fairies, rainbows and lots of pink, almost different hairstyle each page, boys only on 3 pages . I mean I like it and the concept and practices. Front paper cover came with some minor scratches but it protects the actual real cover also the pages are surprisingly thick and strong durable would last. I will see if my 4 yr old son takes to it but just be aware it’s geared towards girls or should I say kids that like the mentioned above description.Ok update:Read for the first time and my son was really interested in through the entire book and practice breathing and he even said on one page wow nice hair lol

I bought this book to read to my Kindergarten students. It also provides different breathing techniques to help them calm their breathe while experiencing different feelings/emotions. My students loved it.

I bought the book to read to my granddaughter. She’s only 3, but we have fun doing breathing together. It is thoughtfully written and the illustrations are appealing to children- cute and colourful.

This is a marvollous book and as I work with children I feel it's a must have to help with relaxing and calming children.
