It is a firm pillow but once you lay on it it squishes down some, I would give it a 6 or 7 on firmness

It’s approximately 4ft lengthx 18-24 in. width. It has memory foam & foam pieces inside and is very comfortable.

Q: Is this available in different colors? Or is there a cover I can purchase separately that would fit perfectly?

I dont know if other colors are available or different covers. I use the same cover and just wash it.
