No effect just bad reaction
Waste of money !!!! sea buckthorn helps patients with dry eye unfortunately, I didnโt notice any improvement of dry eye symptoms also have a bad reaction after eating cause bloating, allergy in eyes redness.Manufacturer needs to test product shelf life frequently to avoid this issue.

After taken the capsule I feel bit heavy in my stomach the whole day. The capsule shell material I feel is hard on my stomach. people who have weak digestive or liver functions, not recommended for them.
