Good quality hubs
These Warn “standard” hubs are great locking hubs, and I love the easy 1/4 turn dial. There are plastic parts in the dial mechanism, but it is much much stronger and better designed than the so called Warn “premium” hubs with flimsy sheet metal internal parts that Warn now offers. These fit perfectly on my ‘77 GMC K15 Dana 44. Feels and works like an OEM locking hub.

I have had a number of trucks with these hubs on them, and they have never given me any issues. These are high quality parts with a classic design. The heavy brass dials feel solid, especially compared to old weathered plastic. The brass gets a nice patina as they age also. Warn makes a "hub fuse" that can be easily added to these also- the idea being that the cheap and easily replaceable fuse will fail before your drive line, u-joints, or axle shafts. These took less than 40 minutes to install with very basic tools- if you don't have a 7/64" allen wrench you will need one of those also.
