It depends. I can’t tell if this is a soprano or alto recorder. There’s no sense of scale (size). If it’s an alto it’s F & if it’s a soprano, it’s C. Fingering for both are different as a result.

Does it clog easily? I have a Yamaha ecodear that sounds great but has to be cleared frequently. Would like something that doesn't require that.

All plastic recorders clog easily. You can treat the labella with a detergent which will help temporarily. Wood recorders do not clog as easily.

Is it possible to order another of the thumb rests that came with this recorder?

I dont now, but in japan is possible. Have another solution for thumb rest, seach in brasilian recorder chanel with name, " falando de flauta " but wat the video? I dont now.
