Healthy and great tasting
Great and healthy. Eat this every day just add nuts berries cinnamon (Ceylon) and protein powder and your set!!!

The perfect breakfast.
These steal cut oat are great. I eat them every day with hemp hearts, flax seeds, nuts and fruit. They are nourishing and the bite is just perfect. I also love the fact that they are GF.

Excellent Quality
I enjoy steel-cut oats every day for breakfast. Recently, I decided that as often as I eat them, I should go organic. I usually buy 25-lb bags at a time. I found an online provider with the bulk buy and a good price. However, the oats cooked up like baby food. 25 lbs of baby food. My thriftiness sometimes gets the best of me. The groats were cut too small, probably for quicker cooking—gross. So despite the higher price, I tried Bob's and am delighted with the product. Perfect cut, excellent flavor.

This oatmeal is delicious!!!
I really love this oatmeal, it is healthy and delicious. It takes more time to make than the quick microwave brands, but the difference in quality is vast. It is especially good if you want organic, gluten free and a product without additives and very low in sugar (1 mg). Try it, you will like it!

Delicious
With winter coming and my need to go gluten free, was happy to find Bob’s Red Mill had these. They cook just the same as the other oats and are delicious with fruit, nuts and seeds. Stocked up for the season.

Expensive gluten free oats
I love the oatmeal I make with these steel cut oats. The cost is high, and it varies rather dramatically depending on the vendor. When you buy them seems to matter as well. Watch for discounts!

If you've never tried steel cut oats, they taste a bit different than regular oats. But they are more filling. We have a 7-minute pressure-cooked recipe that makes for a quick and easy hot breakfast. Sometimes gluten-free steel cut oats are hard to find; these are always dependable.
