Did anyone have issues with hair loss after using this shampoo?

My grandmother uses this and she hasn't noticed hair loss i have normal shedding and at times when I brush my hair some hair comes out but thats normal for me I as well use this product along with the cond and we love it but I havent noticed any hair loss personally nor has my grandmother highly recommended

I’m not sure if it’s cruelty free..... I didn’t see anything that mentioned it. I can say, if you used, head and shoulders in the past.... this shampoo is way better and the smell is nice and leaves your hair soft even without conditioner
