The product was supplied in an attractive (recyclable) box and included a USB Bluetooth adaptor, USB/charging cable, AUX cable, and soft case. I was very impressed by the design and build quality of the device, and by its intuitive controls and status lights. I bought the unit to provide remote access for colleagues during a week-long workshop in the USA. Despite very large rooms with up to 45 attendees, those on the conference calls were able to follow and participate in the discussions. The rechargeable battery easily coped with sessions lasting up to 10 hours.

This product replaced an aging microphone and speaker setup in a conference room.The device allows bluetooth and usb connections and has a rechargeable battery.I tend to make sure these types of devices have a constant power supply so it you don't end up in a situation with the battery running out.The bluetooth functionality is stable and the speaker is crystal clear.The several microphones within the device pickup all partipants. There is a handy mute function on the device along with volume controls.We use Skype for Business/Lync and the device works seemlessly. This is a fabulous device.

I’m very satisfied with the device so far. It was a tough choice but eventually I went with eMeet m2 and I’m very surprised! Microphones seem to be working properly catching voice 360. The best thing about it is that you just put it on a table at the beginning of the meeting and don’t care about moving it around. The speaker is also of the decent quality for voice (music doesn’t sound well but I assume it is not meant for it). The only thing I would improve is loudness, it is enough, however, I always use it with volume up to the maximum level. I also like seamless connection via BT (I used with MacBook, iPhone, iPad - looks perfectly fine). As for the battery, I believe it is decent - it lasts about 6 one-hour (±) calls for me till the battery is low but not dead. I personally find design to be one of the best on the market among competitors, however, touch buttons could have some vibration feedback so that you know you touched it. I haven’t used it outside, so I can’t provide any feedback on how it works with background noises. Overall, for the use in the meeting room (which is what I bought it for) it is perfect. I recommend this device.

It's not often I'm drawn to writing a review on a piece of kit but the M2 is everything I hoped it would be. It's light but a powerful performer. I mainly use it for Zoom conferences with up to about 7 members around a desk and numerous others online around the world. The members outside the main room always say they can hear everything really clearly, even the side conversations that often occur. The speaker is also ver clear. The only feature I would like to see in a new version is the ability to record and playback conversations.

I bought this in 2019 and for 4 years it worked fine. Now the battery has gone flat and I can't revive it. It's in immactulate condition, unscratched but dead as a parrot. It won't receive a charge but it won't even work plugged in, so it's useless. Maybe that's why they discontihued it.

Small conference room used to have a normal phone with speaker button. Always sounded tinny and you had to shout at it to be heard.This bluetooth speaker is a revelation. Just plug the included bluetooth USB adaptor into your PC - everything gets recognised automatically on Windows 10 - tap and hold on the power button on the top of the unit to turn it on, and you're up and running immediately.It's simple to use, the battery lasts a reasonable amount of time, there are no cables so it can sit in the middle of the conference table and not look untidy, and the microphone picks up everyone (table seats up to 6 people) easily.The only thing that takes a little getting used to is that the buttons on top are touch-sensitive rather than clicky, so there's no feedback on pressing them - users have to be reminded not to press too hard - but this makes the unit easier to clean (which is a good thing for Covid-19 times) before and after use.

Great product. Good sound. Easy to use etc. Trouble is longevity: I have mine since a bit more than a year, and it suddenly stopped working. Friday top notch. Monday morning dead. Without moving or being used in between. No idea why. Just won’t lit up anymore. Couldn’t reach customer service, so I thought I would warn others here
