I put it in my morning coffee and a pinch of Monk Fruit sweetener. It’s very healthy and tastes delicious.

After hearing a lot of the benefits of Matcha I decided to give this a try. I like that it is organic. I got it Friday and found it was a small packet. I don't know what I was expecting, perhaps a bigger bag, but it is the size of a small birthday card. Not a ton in there. And the direction say a heaping teaspoon full. My first attempt at adding this into my diet was in my morning coffee. FAIL. It tastes very green tea-esque. I gulped it down anyway, and found a big glob of sediment at the bottom of my mug, I probably only ingested about a third of the recommended dose, but that was totally user error. The next day I used it in a meal replacement shake. MUCH EASIER. It blends well and tastes mild. It definitely does turn everything green. I can't say I felt a ton of great effects but it did give me extra pep in my step and energy. I have made the remainder of the matcha into a hot tea and had that in the morning with my breakfast. Again, it was sediment at the bottom after I was done, but it tasted like good green tea and gave me that extra pep again. All in all I gave it a 4 star rating because of the sediment. I am just not used to that in my beverages. And not having tried matcha before $11 for this small of a bag seems a bit steep to me. Not sure if I would pay that much for it. I can see why it's used a lot in baking as it's mild in flavor and is beautifully green.

It does not say ceremonial grade any where on the package. I like it though but I haven’t had it long enough to make a comment on it’s effectiveness.

So far so good. The product's pretty fresh. Reading some of the other reviews about the package being a pain to close back up I'd have to agree. It shouldn't have bothered me, I mean I could have dumped it all into one of those big 5 gallon Glad bags, but I'm lazy. Anywho , it seems a bit early to claim any medicinal benefits as of yet, but it does taste better than some of the herbal teas I've had recently, as well as most of your lower tier coffee brands.

This is a great product. Natural, no artificial quality. Gives you serenity, health.
