Cushions are a bit more narrow (less padding) than OEM, and the color match is a shade off, but my co-workers mentioned that if i didnt tell them it was a replacement, they wouldnt be able to tell.Installation was a breeze due to the notch cuts matching up, it's almost impossible to get wrong. Cushions are as comfortable as the OEM. The 3M VHB adhesive was strong and i had no problems getting the cushions to adhere strongly.

The color and size is off by a little but honestly not by much unless you are OCD about those kind of things. Not sure just yet if the adhesion is the same but definitely worth your money for a quick replacement... Shown the comparison from the new and original
