does this contain nano iodine?

As a chemist for many years, I am not familiar with the term "Nano Iodine" other than as a marketing term. Iodine comes from 2 forms, Elemental Iodine and Potassium Iodide. This product is made from Elemental Iodine.

Isn’t this really too much iodine on a everyday basis?

Put some of this on your skin. If it is still visible at 24 hrs you have enough iodine. The quicker is absorbs, the more iodine you need. Affects of “too much” is that it is excreted via urine. RDA of 150mcg is enough to prevent goiter. Your thyroid needs 5 mg daily, then your ovaries need a lot, breast etc. Every cell needs iodine to function properly - thus the energy boost when you take more than the “recommended” amount.

What is the source of this iodine? Kelp?
