Tasty and easy
I’m gluten, dairy and nuts intolerant. This cake is really good. It was simple and easy to make. I substituted the eggs with egg replacer, oil with ghee and it was perfect. I made it in the microwave and it took exactly 3 minutes. It’s soft and fluffy. I would buy again.

Yummmm!!
I was sceptical while buying this but glad i did buy it. It did taste good. It was more on the fudgy side than a sponge cake. It certainly didn't feel like i was eating a sweet potato. It just blended in with everything else. It's on a healthier side so that's that. Also loved that it's gluten free.

Vegan version not upto mark
Wonderful aroma. Must have been great with eggs and butter. But vegan version with oil as per instructions is pasty and heavy with starch getting sticky and settling.

Best for food allergy people
