Good but different density level for each resistant ball; so if you want both hands to simultaneously pump the same level of resistance, you might want to buy two sets.

The product works well and the overall quality is quite good. It feels comfortable to use, and the different levels help adjust the intensity depending on your needs. However, I expected them to be a little bigger. Still, it’s a good option for the price and I recommend it if you’re looking for something practical to exercise your hands.

Helping where I broke my hand

I have small hands, but these were too small, even for me. I am doing a hand exercise that is commonly done with a tennis ball. For me, the tennis ball is too big, and I got good results with a small racquetball.

Have only had two days; however, it is as described, three different strengths. & my hands already feel more relaxed & moveable.
