I have had to wear men's incontinence disposable underwear since my last surgery. I have tried every brand out there.Some are very good, some are terrible. These are by far the very best ones I have tried. I think they are going to bemy "go to" brand from now on. They are comfortable, extremely well made and durable, do not leak and are extremely absorbent. ONE PROBLEM: THEY ARE PRICEY....much more than some of the good satisfactory brands I have tried. I think I will reserve using this brand for when I have to leave the house, socialize, etc.

These are the best incontinence briefs I’ve found. They are comfortable with no scratchy edges as so many brands have, and test Amazon house brand I’m looking at you. They absorb a great deal without feeling wet and last a long time. The biggest drawback is they’re fairly bulky, including between the legs and while these are intended for overnight, they do/nt have a daytime version so they add a bit of bulk under clothing. The range of sizes is the best I’ve seen with sizes up to a 90” hip. I ordered a couple of the 4-pack sample packs and each included a sample either their excellent wipes or their pad booster, which is applied inside the briefs for even more absorbency.Pros: very comfortable, absorb a lot of pee, fit range is excellent for larger people. I chose the 2X as the 1X is just barely too small.Cons: very expensive, a bit bulkyI recommend these highly.

We have tried several other brands and although on the costly side these have worked well for my mom. Since using them I feel she has had less problems with UTI.

Finally I have found briefs that do not leak for me, even if I wear them for an entire night and day. I have other products that I can use for short durations and when I can easily change. But when I need solid protection for a long time, and won't have an opportunity to change discretely, these are my go-to briefs.I tried a small quantity of the small first because that is what works best for me in other brands, but they were just a little too tight. So I switched to medium and they work great!I gave rated them four stars because they are a little too expensive for me to use every day, so for many days I use a less expensive and less effective brand. But when I need this level of protection it is worth the extra cost.

These are the best pull-ups I've used yet, though the most expensive also. These definitely hold the most liquid before they leak, plus I really like the color options, the pink is a good looking shade,and they're very comfortable. Easy to pull up, and easy to take off.

This product is larger than explained in the sizing instructions. Please purchase a size smaller than recommended by NorthShore.

Here’s the thing: most pull-up style incontinence underwear is a compromise. Normally they don’t handle a full empty without leaking, they’re only good for one empty, or they only really work well in certain positions, even the overnight ones.These are easily the best I’ve ever used! The waistband is quite stretchy, but not uncomfortable at all, with a piece of tape built in to make disposal more compact. Normally I cannot do a full empty while sitting down without leaking or feeling like it will leak, but these held up like a champ. The absorbency piece goes almost completely front to back and the leg guards are quite substantial. Even after one empty they don’t feel like they’re sagging at all! The color and sheen make them look like they could be worn without being pegged as incontinence underwear at all.These are by far the ones I’d recommend to anyone who has been disappointed by incontinence underwear in the past—they are easy to use, easy to decide which is front or back, well designed, and not so thick that they make it look like you’re wearing a diaper at all.
