Standard “Stanley” knife / scraper blades.

How do the locks operate and how do I release the serated blade please?

you open the serated blade by pressing the rectangular button. Now if this doesn't work it mean that the blade has slip off of it's rail... so what you need to do is undo the bolt and reseat everything and it will work as intended.
