Is there a trick to get all of the meat out of the vertical units?

This is a serious design error, almost 1/3 - 1/2 lb meat left in the bottom. It would not take much to correct with a re-design of the bottom. I cut a wood block to get a little more out, helps a little. But there isn't too much you can do about the meat in the tubes.

any disadvantage to buying 11lb vs 7? basically the same price, for home use thanks!

The only thing I could think of would b if you don't have any space to store the difference in the size between the 11 vs the 7 , but I would get the 11!

How does it secure the the table or countertop or is it sturdy enough that it doesn’t need to?

It’s easy and really heavy don’t need to secure it at all

Sin alteraciones externas del producto, aparenta ser buen acero inoxidable, completo sin faltante de piezas, solo falta la prueba de usarla para calificar definitivamente. Eso en posterior opinión Básicamente adquirida para uso casero, no industrial ( 7 libras/3 litros vertical )

We love this stuffer! We are new to using one of these and do have a learning curve. Chose this brand because it was stainless steel. I was concerned about some being flimsy. This stuffer is built sturdy. It's heavy and won't tilt while you are cranking. Turned easily. It worked great. Sausage came out quickly. The other great thing is that, being stainless, it was a breeze to clean. Probably could have put it in the dishwasher, but I cleaned by hand. I'm sure this is well built and sturdy enough that it will last us for many years. Very glad we bought this one. You get a good sturdy machine for a very reasonable price. There were lots of others more expensive but did not look as sturdy nor were all stainless. Would highly recommend.
